The second time I asked ChatGPT about plagiarizing ChatGPT, I received a much better response. In this video, I go through the response along with my analysis and thoughts on the issue.

We were told by the higher intelligence after copywriting a poem that we are never to do it because it did not come from me it came from infinite intelligence... if we ever wish to evolve it is time to think differently and acknowledge the facts.....

Thank you for your explanation. It's the best I've seen so far. But I'm still struggling with this one.
Maybe the copyright video will get to the crux of my problem. If I use ChatGPT or another A.I. tool to "edit for clarity", am I giving up my rights to my work? Is ChatGPT a co-author?
The work usually requires a final manual edit, primarily when the meaning is changed or import details are removed.
My gut says I should credit the A.I. tools only as an editor of my work.
When I use an A.I. checker it shows 85 to 90% human-generated content.

Thank you! (And my friend ChatGPT thanks you.) Copyright video comes out soon, but spoiler alert, you are not giving up your rights to your work. And your attribution wording can be narrow. I’ve seen phrases like, “the author of this work used ChatGPT to edit for clarity.” Of course, in some contexts (such as certain academic contexts) any use of ChatGPT may be forbidden.

I think it took your "500 words" figuratively, not literally... I'd bet, its 500 words are in the typing WPM format, and not a defined "word."

If I use my own words not a model to generate texts in chat GPT in order to write my own book, is there any legal issues? Will I own that book?

Question: Should ChatGPT's potential for sentience be considered. Is it? (I think it should be)

This is not full on this video but it’s about suing because I bought a product from a company logitech or they own the company I bought it from and the product has work for a while but it starts and stops working all the time and I have watched so much videos on how to fix it from them and it does not work and so many other people have complained about this over all websites and I was wondering if I sued them over it could I win because I bought it less then 2 years ago and it’s not connecting and working and I was wondering what should I do.

Thanks for watching! I often receive questions in the comments section about suing over specific situations, but I am typically not able to answer them bc giving advice (based on applying the law to a specific set of facts) is generally considered to be the practice of law. So outside the context of a consultation in a jurisdiction where I am licensed, I can’t do it. That being said, our channel does have a good playlist on lawsuits, including imitating lawsuits. I am also planning to create a lot of future content on small claims. The important first step in considering a lawsuit is to research and determine your applicable statute of limitations so that you can either speak with a lawyer or bring the case yourself before time runs out. Sorry I can’t give a better answer due to legal regulations.

Did you register your product? Is it still under warranty? Did you keep the information about the warranty, the terms of it? Often times trying to fix something yourself will void the warranty.

So let's say your using chat GPS to white a short story of your own thoughts and ideas would that be considered? I've watched alot of video and no one is really clear on this type of topic.
