I am currently a senior in high school, and I just recently toured UCF and FAU. I’m applying to both and hope to make it in but I am struggling to choose one if I end up having to. This vid is making me lean more towards UCF bc the vibes are immaculate

Hi, I had a remote job throughout college that was really a great gig. Most of my friends worked at food places in the area like Chipotle, 4Rivers, Planet Smoothie, Mission BBQ, Tropical Smoothie, etc. Other jobs my friends had were lifeguarding, nannying, being a receptionist, working retail at the mall, and tutoring - there are tons of possibilities around Orlando!
hi! Parking can get busy, but I typically gave myself 30 min before class to get a spot. They also have bus services that are free for students (there's off-campus busses and on-campus busses, there's an app called DoubleBus that shows them all). I worked remotely as a social media manager's assistant and that was super helpful and flexible. Some of my friends worked at the mall, as receptionists at nearby companies, as a lifeguard, or at fast food places. The youth worship was a club on campus called YoungLife (there's a ton of other clubs too like Navigtors and CRU). But the church I went to was Action Church Winter Park which was about 15 min away. Im so so excited for you to go to UCF!!! I just graduated, and it really was the best time ever, I miss it so much! You can DM me on Instagram if you ever have any more questions! @fly.sky

it's one video you can't assume she doesn't do work or study or else she wouldn't be allowed to continue getting an education lol. she said she was studying and doing homework in some of the clips.
you can literally see her doing work in multiple clips in the video. also just this one week doesn't equate to her entire time at UCF. the video is simply a glimpse into some parts of her life and I wouldn't blame her if she scrapped some of the more boring parts of her day for the sake of the video not being too long. it's not correct to assume that she isn't a person who values academics and doesn't study. Additionally she seems to be very involved in her school with youth groups and attending games, etc. Community and school involvement is just as important as academics! And nowadays employers are looking for people who are well-rounded individuals, rather than those who just got good grades and studied. There's more to college than just textbooks and studying and if that's all to do in college, you'd have an entire college campus of depressed people. She also got into UCF which is really an accomplishment considering the amount of people that apply each year. Someone applying to UCF might want to see the things you can do on your downtime in Orlando and I think this video showcases it really well. that's just my opinion though and you're entitled to yours. Just because someone knows how to relax and have fun with friends and family (plus enjoy college life) doesn't mean that they don't study. if she didn't she'd probably get kicked out lol. anyways thanks if you read all that lmao
