There was actually a game show in germany called "Schlag den Raab" ("Beat the Raab") where Stefan Raab, the Gameshow-host participated in all types of competitive things; everytime he won a round he cheered himself up and was happy if the contestant screwed things up. It was like a life-or-death situation for Raab, although he had nothing to lose - but the contestant to win €500,000+. It was amazing!

we have a whole reenacted car accident at my school. you will go to school with everything normal then you come out of class for brunch and there's just two mangled up cars in the quad. we also have the thing where the kids "die" and other kids who made the accident happen spend the night in a jail holding cell. my school takes this stuff like super seriously apparently. i thought all of this was normal
