Qna: Maine Oct 2023 ko ek new IPad Pro 3rd gen 128gb 11” inch wala liya tha, Apple store se. Uske type c port se Mai video output nahi le pa raha, Jb v mai connector connect karta hu toh top right corner may connector ka icon aa kar gayab ho jata hai (after 5-7 seconds). Mai apna connector le Kr Apple Store visit Kar k waha k saare iPads pe try kiya toh waha sare iPads se video output ho rhe the (except for mine). Mai apna iPad reset kar ke v dekh liya, but ye solve nahi hua. Maine Apple care support ko v ye problem bataya, but wo log v iss issue ko solve nahi kar pae, just ek case ID bana kar de diye. Kya ye ek software issue hai ya fir mere iPad Pro 3rd gen may hi problem hai. Ab mai kya karu…😢 kindly suggest.🙏🏻
