@@MatamboEmmanuel How many Chinese have learnt our languages.. We must learn from what western colonial did. Africans can develop and improve without this Chinese/Westerners.. Chinese are exploiting just like Westerners... When Chinese comes to Zambia, they come with their labours and languages, they only hire few Zambians and exploit them and pay them close to nothing... Africa has got engineers, doctors, etc,so we don't need them..I was born in Zambia, even though I'm South African,it's so sad to see what they the Chinese have do to that beautiful country. If the Zambian government is not careful, the Chinese are gonna take over...It's is an embarrassment to see

This time the state capture doesn't happen the way it use to, the strategy has changed but it's still the same, and some of African Governments or leaders have been captured while in there countries and the people are not aware of it, something has to be done by the upcoming leaders in order for change to happen, and most importantly is to teach ourselves to build a relationship with God so that we may Be Guided on how we can recover ourselves and the things that some African countries have lost. It can only be God who can help us because by our minds we can't see the reality of the situation but God does. I encourage all African people to be wise before it's too late, let God's will be done in Africa as it is in heaven.

      1. It takes a lot of work.
      2. They think they are better than everyone else.
      3. They don't really want relationships, but transactions.
Jesus said, 'you cannot serve both God and money.' This fellow suggests that poor folks in Africa aren't so excited about Chinese investment. In one part of my country (the west coast of British Columbia), Chinese investors bought up so much real estate that ordinary people could no longer afford to buy or rent homes in their own neighborhoods. Those investors had no interest whatsoever in contributing to the welfare of the community. I'm not saying that business ought to be a charitable operation, but there should be some reciprocal benefit involved.

As someone from the West, I'm not going to defend Western actions in Africa, that is for certain. But give the Chinese 500 years, and see what the net result of that will be.
You need not even wait that long; they seek to be #1 globally in THIS generation. They justify themselves by the sins of the West, but what has their DOMESTIC record been since 1949? Perhaps you should do a little research into the human-rights record of the PRC, IN China. That will tell you WHO they are.
Just be sure NOT to get your information from Chinese sources, because they are never aware of their own wrong-doing. In their own eyes, they are perfect.
But bear in mind, human nature is stable across the globe and across the centuries:
(Romans 3:23) 'For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.'
(Jeremiah 17:9) 'The heart is deceitful beyond all else, and is desperately sick; who can understand it?'
      Therefore:
(Psalm 146:3) 'Do not trust in princes, in mortal man, in whom there is no salvation.'

@@jesusislordsavior6343 I am more interested in the human rights record of the Western countries because the numbers is way much more biblical than the Chinese's. I think I agree with the "give the Chinese 500 years to see the result". But I dont think the result will ever please you. In 5000 years they never colonized anyone, and yet you are still suspicious? Another 500 will not suffice I guess.

People do not have 500 years to wait for the Gospel. No one lives that long, and one has only THIS lifetime in which to decide whether to follow Christ or satan into eternity. The results will be vastly different for any person, according to the decision made.
In NO WAY should Christianity and 'Western culture' be conflated. A majority of Westerners DO NOT follow Christ. Christianity developed out of the Hebrew faith of antiquity, and spread gradually from a JEWISH nucleus in Palestine to the four corners of the earth. Allegiance to JESUS is NOT a function of human culture, yet Jesus is accessible to people in any culture, IF they are hungry for more than this world can offer.
Did I say anything 'positive' about the human-rights record of ANY civilization?
      I don't think so.
(Romans 3:23) 'FOR ALL HAVE SINNED AND FALL SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD.'
But you have a rose-tinted view of Chinese culture, which is traditionally ANTITHETICAL to Christ in so many ways. And if you think that the philosophical materialism and nationalistic hubris of the CCP provides a 'better way' for all peoples of the earth, you are severely deluded.
It's OLD HAT in new packaging, that's all-------------neocolonialism, imperialism, you name it! It's yours for to enjoy!
