I had a dream that I was in an empty bathroom, and this song was in it. I was wandering around slowly, it was almost as if something bad was gonna happen, I wanted to cry in that dream. 1 week later, I was in a motel room waiting for my ex boyfriend to come. As I was waiting for him, I wanted to listen to this song, I was crying and crying and breaking down. 2 hours later, still waiting for him, he was out drinking while I was in the room alone waiting for him, I needed him there with me. So loving and caring I was, he would always do this to me, disappear when I wanted to be with him. He finally came, I heard him coming up the stairs, very loudly. I knew he was drunk, then suddenly he banged the door, and when he did that, before I opened it, I knew something bad was gonna happen, deep down I knew from the bottom of my heart that he was gonna do something bad. So I opened it, he was violently drunk, full rage, started taking off his things and threw them at the wall, then he turned to me, and sadly, pushed me against the wall, and physically abused me, choked me, threw me on the bed, yelled at me and called me names. Got up and went to the bathroom, and sat on the floor, while he continued abusing me, slapped me in the face, and grabbed me by the hair and pulled a big chunk off. It was the most traumatizing experience I've ever lived to see as a young woman. It was like the dream from a week earlier, was a sign that something bad was gonna happen, just like in Twin Peaks. This song helps me cope with the flashbacks, I've always loved this song, and it'll forever keep me safe from those excruciating memories 💔
