Pastor Nancy Dufresne. How do you overcome a feeling that you feel in your head all the time. It's so hard when I get this strong symptom come upon me. I know we are not to worry. I know you said its worry but when I don't have this feeling I don't think about it. Its not the thinking but the feeling that is in my head. Opression or heavyness not sure what word to use. Hope to hear from you. God bless you.
