This look very good. I'm try this. I have tried the mother milk tea and the drink that didn't seem to help. Now I'm eating oakmeal with lactation cookies everyday and it slowly help. Now I'm try the smoothie. Hopefully it work. I was producing so much milk than I went back to work and it had cut down alot. Really make me sad because I don't want to put her on formula. I really hope this next step will work for me.

But it's hard to not stress when you have a job that is stressful...I went back to work in April of this year after having my baby boy and I've been stressed out...I already wasn't making a lot of milk, but now I make even less...ugh ..

Sylvia Ekaeteh ripe avocado works well. Make sure it’s ripe and soft so it blends well. Avocados have a more neutral flavor so they’re not as overpowering in their taste.

Almond milk is super helpful in increasing milk supply

The milk boosting ingredients are flax seed, brewers yeast and the coconut milk. You can make a different smoothie and just add those.

The peanut is just for the chocolate peanut butter flavor, peanuts aren’t milk boosting - you could just omit them 🙂

You could try another grain like quinoa but oats are one of the ingredients that are great for milk production.
