Im sure that they told the crowd that they had to remain silent, so it wouldnt interfere with the audio. Ive seen some venues do this with the crowd
And Kehlani had to do the double audio (which many confuse with lip-sync), because Kehlani likes do dance and do choreograph dances when she performs, which then requires her to stop singing.
And with this being 2015, and being in North California, im sure the audience already knows by then who Kehlani is.
