There is NO WAY you could trust Biden to "act quickly". Period. THAT is all you need to think about---worst case scenarios. You have to be pragmatic about it---you have to think about you, your children, their children, and the future of our country if a "worst case" situation like that were ever to occur, and it's becoming more and more likely that it could.
