Luncheon with the Experts: Jason S. Starr, DO

He specializes in gastrointestinal (GI) malignancies and treats patients with neuroendocrine tumors (NETs); neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC); colon cancer; esophageal cancer; liver cancer; pancreatic cancer, and stomach cancer.
Dr. Starr has a special interest in NETs and is committed to advancing the field through clinical research through the development and enrollment of clinical trials. He served a two-year term on the NCI (National Cancer Institute) Neuroendocrine Tumor Task Force and currently serves on the NANETS (North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society) Communications Committee. “The greatest joy of my career is the interaction and relationships I am able to have with my patients,” says Dr. Starr.
