I think the white dots around the face is likely to be a kind of typical ancient Chinese makeup which was popular in Song Dynasty. The white dots are probably the pearls in half. This little thing can be beautiful accompanied with traditional Chinese outfit. While, it can be a bit weird along with modern outfit 😂
