Looks lovely but i have never seen the appeal of this over a campervan or jeep with raisable roof? To me they'd be in about the same price ranges
I think it comes down to the commitment level you want for the space. With a RTT you can change your mind or change out the tent to suit your needs. We know folks who remove their tent and hang it in their garage in between trips.
