Thanks Gunk, i'm glad you liked it. Among other things I recorded this battle with few hours of sleep and the dog around my legs for 4 minutes, lol.

The frame rate on standard ps4 doesn't help in some moments during the combos in some battles or areas, but compared with the first judgment especially on standard ps4, it's a miracle this game.
@@DanteDevil12 yeah I have a standard PS4 as well and sometimes I struggled to properly juggle enemies. This issue occurred especially with Soma for me haha
@@Flame17K Unfortunately, Sony’s newest game console is very difficult to purchase, not to mention some websites that inflate prices too much. But playing at 60 fps changes everything, besides the quality of course.
I played the first judgment on ps5 from a friend, it feels like playing another title compared to the first one on standard ps4 in terms of juggles/aerial combos, not to mention shin amon, lol.
Although, I believe that lost judgment may come out on pc in the future, We have to see what sega will do in the future with judgment and yakuza series without nagoshi.
@@DanteDevil12 yeah the ps5 is quite difficult to get and i dont think je/lj will come to pc until the judgment series is confirmed to be finished.
@@Flame17K I honestly have doubts if the judgment series can continue after lost judgment, to be honest, But I'm a pessimist, so don't mind it.
in the last interview, they only talked about the continuation of yakuza series. Of course, the Yakuza Series Will Remain a Turn-Based RPG Series Going Forward.

Best dragon engine game for sure. Potentially LJ seems the best in terms of combat system, but i don't know for now, i really liked hokuto ga gotoku.

Nope, isn't common, there's only another boss with this feature in this videogame, but Soma is much more precise and defensive.
Soma has 3 Parry stances and 1 grab counters, Soma is one of the most unique and fleshed out bosses in the franchise.
I haven't made many videos due to lack of time and organization.. but about the combos/juggles, i don't know if you already watched, but against juzo amon i did some very good juggles and the performance is very good.

the combat system is improved, it's advisable to play it on ps5, because on standard ps4 standard ( Unfortunataly, i'm playing on ps4) there are some very annoying frame rate drops, against some bosses or areas, but there have been improvements.

In lost judgment, if you watch some gameplay about the bosses or long battles, isn't a great problem.
Because in terms of plot, you can't really understand what's going on.
The first judgment was different though, especially the final boss.
If you have a computer with excellent performance in almost everything, buying a console is almost unnecessary, except some exclusives. Lost Judgment for example, it's a really great game, but honestly it's advisable to buy it on ps5, on ps4 standard for example there are some annoying frame rate drops during the combos or juggles against some bosses or areas. this performance is a half miracle in terms of juggles, but I remember in my first run, often soma or some bosses or thugs fell off the ground suddenly during the combos, it doesn't happen often, but sometimes it's annoying. it's much better to play on ps5, but Sony’s newest game console is very difficult to purchase.

Dante what are your thought on the Tiger style and Crane style in this game?
The Crane Style is improved a lot, it's both useful as a support style for combos as the first judgment for making juggles. Overall, it's very good 1 vs 1 with crane's counter and much more faster movements for combos and damage as well, but I would have liked new Ex actions.
Tiger style is a little bit slow, but I like the new ex action/ tiger drop and Most part of the skills, it's also improved from a defensive point of view, it's a very powerful style.
These combined styles are devastating.

Who would you say is the most complex enemy/boss in the series, excluding Amons? So far, I'd say Mine and Shibusawa because they have 3 different movesets to switch between.
Well the final Boss of this Game has two movesets and in the final phase he mixes both

So what do you think of lost judgment, completion, gameplay and story wise so far?
Combat in lost judgment is probably the most experimental in terms of combo in the series. You should consider that my favorite combat system is probably hokuto ga gotoku for the juggles, the number of cancels, I had a lot of fun in that title. Lost Judgment is more complex and better structured than hokuto ga gotoku, i just need to play the game a little bit longer for change my mind, probably. Anyway, these 4 fighting styles are perfectly connected to each other in terms of combos,variety etc. you can do so much stuff and it's amazing, probably is also better than kiwami 1.
About the plot, i like it... but judgment is better. there is so much to say about the story in this game. Overall, I was not disappointed, I believe that the purpose of the developers about the story and the concept of the law has been well explained in various features and the final chapters are the perfect examples, and it's also instructive in some ways, but I don't think the plot is as intriguing as Judgment, but still good.
About the completion, 3/5 or 4/10 for veterans, 5 or 6 for new players, it's more or less the same difficulty level as kiwami 2, much easier than the first judgment, the robotics minigame, at first it's a bit boring, then it's fun even if buying all the parts is boring, the drone racers are very easy compared with the first judgment i did everything in 1 go includes gold time attack..the bingo challenge isn't hard and shogi, mahjong and other minigames are pretty easy because there are cheat items in the game.

@@nhan27. Let's start from the premise that yakuza games are extremely simple to play and to finish.
In this game the damage of the enemies and bosses is more or less very similar to the first judgment game, except the damage of the weapons, which is increased a lot and in the last chapters, there is a long battle very very long and the damage output from the enemies is quite high on legend or hard without health upgrades, But you have still a lot of health items, food etc.
Ex boost doesn't make yagami invincible and some enemies/bosses are more defensive and a little bit fast, Charge attacks-stunning doesn't work anymore and flux isn't op anymore, except from the extract. Overall, Considering the bosses, the long battles and the side missions - bosses. I would say this game is probably more difficult.
Mortal Wound are removed, but there are powerful attacks 2:21 but the dodge in this game is much more functional.

Good question.
In the last battle there is a scarier atmosphere both at the beginning of the battle and during the final qte event and probably the battle itself.
I think hirose is probably more scarier as a character in general in this yakuza series (includes judgment).
But probably during the boss battle, the battle against soma is a little bit better in this sense.
