I loved this video, you have changed the hampers as your children have grown and changed. You really do have a beautiful eye for detail, your home is beautiful xx
Love the christmas eve baskets. Charity shops are great for christmas books that look new. I did an elf breakfast like your North pole breakfast for my grandsons. Love your shelf with the pig and the prints, Your bathroom looks lovely too. x
Another lovely video Rosie, I so enjoy your down to earth approach to everything. Your children are very lucky to have wonderful parents like you and your hubby 💕💕
❤ the vlog. I use to get a coloring book and activity book every Christmas. When we became adults we would get a large gift bag filled with our favorite bath soap, shampoo- things we needed then other items varied like socks, slippers, shirt/top, always a sweet treat stuffed in it. It was always fun finding out the contents. There were always lovely surprises. I miss those gift bags but the memory always makes me smile. Your children and future grandchildren will always remember those hampers. 😊
Aw Rosie I can feel the love in this video. Your children are ever so lucky to have such amazing parents. I take a lot of inspiration from your videos. I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas and may 2025 bring you everything you wish for xxx
7:50 Fantastic vlog Rosie. I used to run a toddler group in my local library after our Children's Centre was closed. I did it voluntary but charged £1 to replenish craft supplies. I loved it and seeing the babies and Children grow. I had to give up due to my medical issLoved. My husbands work is normally very quiet this time of year (he's a self employed carpenter) but he is really busy. Loved everything. Please take care and all my love xx ❤️
Lovely video Rosie. You really do get into the festive season. The children are very lucky and a great idea to get new pyjamas on Christmas Eve Thanks for taking us along. Your house deco is stunning
Oh well done Rosie on your prints. I love William Morris myself. I think with very plain walls and flooring the busy patterns make the house look really cosy. I really like all your prints. The little baskets were very nice. I like to do boxes, with jammies, sometimes just freshly a laundered ones and their stockings but most of my kids ( 4 out of 5) are literally adults and I still do it 😬😬. I only realised this, this year when my eldest son said mum “I am 25 you don’t have to buy me advent calendar.” Of course I know how old he is but I really don’t think of him as an adult. He is still my boy and my youngest is only 11 and is looking forward to Father Christmas coming so we are all going to enjoy and take part in all the Christmas festivities for as long as we can. The elves, pantomimes, advent calendars etc….. I love all the tips you give and appreciate your videos, thank you.
Rosie, I am grateful to you for your suggestions on books. I'm always looking for good Christmas books to give to my grandchildren and the two about the stick man and the dinosaur are perfect! Thank you!
Nice Video, Rosie. I don't do Christmas Eve boxes. Just another stress, plus my sons are adult. ( I did always buy them new PJ's, Dressing gowns and slippers, and a new Teddy to cuddle for Christmas Eve) I feel Christmas is just getting more and more commercialised, and I'm not into it. We're a Christian family, so it's very much a Religious Celebration to us. The reason for Christmas ,sadly, seems to have been lost. I do buy gifts and stockings, obviously ,but we love the Carol Services and the Church Services where children " dress the crib" most
Yes and that sounds wonderful ♥️ I think it's so easy to see how others celebrate and feel a need to do this like that too. But it can take away from how special the event actually is. And as you say the true meaning of Christmas is not all of the materialistic stuff. We decided to not do the elf this year after day 1 because as you say it's another added stress. Yes that's my favourite part each year with the children making Christingles ♥️ this year is very exciting though as Albert had been learning a new song and dance for the Christmas service on Sunday and that just lights up my heart seeing him xx
You’re so lucky…..my husband flew to Auckland today and won’t be back til who knows when….the joys of being married to a corporate pilot😢 I packed his presses so we could enjoy Chrissy via video….he’ll be in Tokyo. We’ll have a second Christmas when he gets home❤
Thank you for some great ideas and a great video.I love the William Morris prints and towels .I can remember having William Morris wallpaper in my teens .xx.
I love the things you brought from B n M , and the prints are beautiful I love the green one , I agree I'd put it in the bedroom . I don't do Christmas boxes because my kids are too old , although the youngest (36) does like a proper stocking , so they all get those. However my furbaby has a Christmas sleigh this year for her gifts to go in lol , xxx
@Rosiehenshawhome aww your so welcome Rosie and yes they are was already subscribed to Tiffany channel but then tiff left a link for Sarah's channel and subscribed tonight already love her channel xx❤️
Rosie, lovely video, the children's baskets are lovely, they start the excitement. I never did the Christmas eve baskets, it wasn't really a thing but i still buy pyjamas and I ask for them every year. Love a cosy pair of pj's ❤❤
Hi Rosie, I’ve been quietly following for a while and you are amazing but how do you do it all? How do you manage to fit all this in and have the physical energy. It would be great to know about how you plan ahead for all your events and organise your time/days to be able to do all of this.
Thankyou hunni ♥️ the truth is I don't always have the energy. I share what I'm doing when I get a burst of energy so it may seem that way. Last week was lovely but on Sunday I was absolutely exhausted and it all caught up with me. ♥️
@Rosiehenshawhome thank you for sharing the reality. I could only have dreamed of a mum like you when I was a child. I love all the decor in your house. We just moved this year and I'm taking lots of inspo. I love William Morris. My family are very disjointed and I wish I had lots of people to host for etc. It must be so lovely and I really want to do your wreath making party idea next year for my friends. I just want to see your house in a mess so I can feel better 🙈 😂 xx
Lovely video Rosie. My Home Bargains don’t have the brilliant bargains you picked up. I’ve just been in there looking for a silver star tree topper. Couldn’t find one anywhere. Tried B & M. Tesco and Home bargains 🤷♀️. Ended up buying a garland with white stars on and cut one off. Hey ho. X
Love children’s Christmas books. Have you read “little robin red vest” by Jan Fearnley? My favourite Christmas children’s book. You will love it. Merry Christmas to you and your family. X
Hi Rosie, is there anyway to contact you privately, this may sound really really stupid but I was walking past my local charity shop and they had some William Morris bits in the window which I had to get for you. Understand you don't give your address out but is there somewhere I can send this to you?? It's just a little Christmas present from all of us on here that you make smile with all your blogs x
