Hi Enos Thank you for this educative video For medical intervention under SBAR assessment 3c), can you talk about medication served during implementation station?
Sure! you are handing over so you can tell whoever is taking over whatever medication that you served during your implementation stage( the prescription or MAR will be given back you during this station). Remember to talk about whatever changes have been made in terms of medication as well. This usually comes in the scenario. Best of luck Judith 😊😊
Please what if the care plan you wrote in planning was on depressive patient and during your evaluation the scenario was a manic patient, would you need to draw another plan or would you use the previous plan they have handed over to you. Please clarify me. Thanks.
@@viviannzubechi2899 so far as your assessment was depression is going to depression . There is no way is going to all of sudden change to mania because you did not assess manic patient
