I’m 71 yrs old and still do all my own housework. I find that I have to split it up over 3 days in 2-3 hr segments. Don’t move as fast as I used to but I still get it done! You provide inspiration! Several of my neighbors have cleaning ladies. I can’t afford it.🦋🦋🦋
I just recently found your channel and i absolutely love all your videos... you're such an inspiration and doing an amazing job with your children and mobile home ... kudos to you.... I've been binge watching all your videos meanwhile not getting my housework done 😂 I'm a grandma raising 5 girls by myself because my husband is an OTR truck driver...so I'm home taking care of them by myself along with doing household things, running the trucking business we own and dealing with several medical issues....i used to have your motivation but have slowed down since my heart attack 6 years ago... it's so hard raising children these days and I give you lots of credit you're doing an amazing job...love all your diy projects as well... I'm an avid crafter when i get the time which isn't too often anymore especially with a 3 and 4 year old and all girls to boot.... you can imagine all the drama 😂 keep up the amazing job you're doing... your mobile home is looking amazing
Kelli you need to get something called Zevo it’s sold at Walmart for flying insects you plug them in in your house they have a blue refillable tint that attracts flying insects and they stick to the under side of them. They work great. I use them
Hi Kelly! New Follower here, I just love how you make the most of what you have. As a mobile home owner myself and home school momma I really enjoy your videos they give me motivation and inspiration to do what I can with the never ending todo list! Thank you 🦋🦋🦋🦋
Love how you're making the house a home. 😊 The clothes line will be so nice this summer. The dyer does make the house hotter, especially in summer. Wild berries and cheesecake scent sounds like it smells so good!
🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋there’s something rewarding about cleaning your own house. We all have our own style of cleaning. No one can clean our house the way we can. Great job Kelly, your house looks spectacular. Keep up the great work!
We're doing a metal roof on our house and garage. Once you put that on, it's little maintenance. My boyfriend has a Menards credit card, so he ordered all the material, and he will get a rebate back. Im not sure if you have a Menards where you are. Just a suggestion. Also, if you had any recent storm damage, your homeowners may cover all or partial. 🦋
Hey Friend, Happy Tuesday. I agree sometimes we have to get cleaning done whenever we can. The only thing that matters is that we get everything done.😊 I’m so excited for you that you’re getting a new roof, that is something important that needs to get done. I’m glad that you’re able to save a couple of thousand dollars to get it done now. 😊❤ I have had a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, or body wash hit my toe or foot before and it’s painful so I know the feeling. 😢🦋
Hi Kelly. I have a gentle suggestion for you that I've been using for 30+ years... dilute your dish soap. It really stretches your soap. I fill my bottle 1/4 to 1/2 full of soap and fill the rest with hot water, give it a gentle back & forth blend in your hand (not a shake- that will create a great deal of foam). I do add a tiny amount of bleach for the disinfecting affect. Adding bleach will cause the color of the soap to be lighter or non-existent, so if the color of your dish soap is very important to you, don't add bleach. I, personally, love the smell of bleach, but if you are someone who doesn't, don't add it. I'm 66 and take care of my own home/homestead. It takes a little bit longer, but I get the job done. You are an amazing Mama and head of your household, keep up the beautiful work. God bless you and your growing family 🦋🦋🦋🦋.
Sweetie, take all the time you need. Merina, I would never ever hurt your feelings intentionally, but I have to say, please, whatever you so please put up some field fence. I would not waste a moments time. Living in the country, you have to protect those fur babies from the wild. I love you, my friend, and it breaks my heart to see you like this. He was a beautiful soul ❤
Hi Kelly! Have you considered putting a soap dispenser on the side of the faucet where you recently replaced that small silver cap/tab? They are really convenient and one less bottle taking space up on the counter that could be for some other decor.
Girl I did not know this in till someone told me about it. But if you are using the toilet bowl cleaner with bleach it will mess up your septic tank 😅 I live in a mobile home as well. And have a septic tank on our land. And I’m glad I found out about this before it done damage. I love your videos ❤
Girl your clothesline is a dream!🥰 Just a friendly recommendation…try using your favorite scented B&BW hand soap for thick, greasy, stuck on messes. It makes my glass stovetop sparkle like nothing else!🤓 Sometimes you have to wet the area a little and let it set…but I’ve never had to let it set longer than 3 minutes for it to knock out the gunk!
Excellent cleaning, I spread my house work out but usually done by Thursday. Fridays light cleaning for the weekend. WOW cleaning is never done, we should get paid. We be rich 😂😊 🦋🦋🦋
Keep it up Kelly! You're an amazing Mom and woman. Time saving tip. Use the stand mixer, while the batter is mixing start your coffee. Then the batter is ready and your coffee will be done by the time you get the bread into the oven. Also I would add 1 tsp of cinnamon to that mix. 😉
So happy you’re getting a new roof, good job!! Thanks for all the motivation this morning now I have to get off the couch and get something done😂🦋🦋🦋💕💕💕
Get a automatic dispenser that goes on the side of your shower, then u can het rid of all your bottles😊❤Waffle bath towels dry super quick so they stay fresh 2 or 3 showers,so alot less washing towels, they are awesome, very absorbent too.when u fold them they take up half the space of terrycloth towels
🦋 🦋 🦋 🦋 I make my sweet tea in the coffee pot, but my grandmother always made hers the way you do! Congrats on the new roof, your house looks beautiful!
I just made this banana bread, but used a keto cake mix so my diabetic hubby could enjoy it too. It turned out great! Not as sweet of course, but something we can enjoy every now and then!! Thank you!!!! ❤
You’re always such a positive Mom, working hard on your home for you & your children. 🩷 If you want black chairs for your dining room, you could easily get matte black spray paint( the higher end spray paint, not Walmart) and spray paint the chairs in your dining room. I think they’d look amazing and save money as well 🦋😊🦋
I love when I’m able to clean the whole house plus sheets floors in one day but it’s rare I normally have to break it up and deep clean in sections thru out the week .
Hey sweet girl. Great cleaning inspiration. You might want to check out those plug in things for insects to help with the flies. I’ve seen them in tv commercials. 😊❤😊❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Girl, didn't you know I went to put my tea in the microwave and remembered what you said about the staples sure enough, they're staples in those tea bags omg lol you saved me what kind of tea do u buy that don't have the staples? By the way I love your home and all your renovations ❤
Hey Kelly, love your channel so much. It's an inspiration and such a pleasant motivation to get up and get going. I'm disabled but I still get along some. I used to love hanging clothes outside when my children were little and living at home. You've inspired me to order a clothesline and a raided garden bed. I wanted to know how many bags do I need for one raised garden bed???🌾🌱🌹🐝🦋🦋🦋
Clothespins will make the clothes dry even faster since they won’t be doubled over. I’ve been hanging clothes on the line my whole life & I always used clothespins. My grandmother taught me that. It saves you picking em up off the ground. I’m happy to see you hanging up your laundry since I’m no longer able to. Love your videos. 🦋🦋🦋
You will love the metal roof, especially when it rains! I have one and happy I dont have to worry about leaks or replacing it every 10 years or so! Im going to try that 🍌 bread recipe, too! 🦋 🦋 🦋 😊❤
Always inspired by your videos. Speaking from experience - add another set of suction cups to the shower shelves. They lose suction easier than you'd expect. 🦋♥️🦋
That is a huge accomplishment, replacing a roof and you are a single Momma♥️. This is amazing and you should be so proud. I’m newly single after a 43 yr marriage. I grew up literally with this person, so I’m starting new. I’m so impressed with you and all you accomplish. Girl power🦋🦋🦋🦋
You were talking about bringing color to your space. I watch another creator that has painted everything in her house white. Additionally, all of her furniture is white and she brings the color in her decor. It’s absolutely beautiful! Recently, she did paint a color around her fireplace making it an accent wall. It added so much to the room and really made the fireplace stand out. The color was an earthy green color. That might be something you could consider with your dining room. As usual you had a great video today!!! 🦋
Hey girl, The tea looks good. I never tried making tea. Where you get that big cup? Happy you are getting a roof soon. You can get bug traps that plug in. Sure Walmart or Amazon have them. Those plug ins seem like a nice idea. I should try it. The Sense seemed like a nice one for the home. Working hard. Stay safe. Have a good night. God Bless and family too!! 😘 🦋 Happy Moms Day!! Xo
Kelly, just a heads up. Since you use a duvet insert, you should hang it out on your clothes line once a week. It's actually healthier that you use a duvet insert. If you can, watch Cecilia Blumdahl, I think that's how you spell it, and she talks about the Scandinavian sleep method and the importance of airing out your duvet insert because it gets rid of germs and helps the insert get loft back. You know me girl, always sharing intel because the more you know 😊 🦋🦋✨🦋
I have never understood why people prefer duvet’ s …..they are so much trouble to use & keep clean. Why not use decorative comforters. I use the military bed making criteria. I like for all my linens to be straight with no wrinkles.
Kelly, Thank you so much for another great video. Your home is beautiful. Happy to hear you’re getting a new roof, when we put our metal roof on our home stays cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. I promise you it’s a game changer. I actually couldn’t believe the difference. God Bless. Sending love all the way from Alabama, Chrissie ♥️🙏🦋
🦋 your dogs are just absolutely adorable. I do have a question, I a m thinking about painting my upper cabinets white , my lower ones black, & painting my counters white... how has yours held up? t
Your videos make my Sundays so special. You are right you do not have to get it all done in one day. Family and kids come first and if it takes sometimes more than a day to get "it all done" then so be it. Love your attitude and your home is becoming so beautiful. Now I want a clothesline, brings back so many memories of my mom drying my clothes and sheets on the clothesline. 🦋🦋🦋🦋
🦋Hello Sweet Beautiful Lady!💚 Awww…that was neat to see a “Clothesline” and you hanging your clothes! You did a great job building it! That’s great you find joy in hanging your clothing outdoors! It’s so nice that you appreciate your project! Loved your little coffee sign!👍☕️😊 That’s a great easy recipe for banana bread! I will have to try that one! Thank you!😋I had some bananas that were ripe and I freeze for smoothies! WAY TO GO on the new roof!🥳👏You will probably see a difference with temperature in the home with a new roof! 🎈CONGRATS!🎈 That’s a big expense to tackle! The LORD will provide and you will get what you want at a great price!👍
I saw a lady on RUclips that took a heat gun and took the plastic covering off her cabinets then painted them and they turned out beautiful, she lived in a mobile home too, so the heat gun heated the plastic liner and made it easy to remove it, is that what your cupboards have on them?
Ive made that banana bread recipe twice, we love it. I add some chopped walnuts, so moist & yummy. I used to have a clothesline, I miss it. We have too many trees and birds... Loved this video! 🦋 🦋 🦋 🦋 🦋
Hey Kelly! Pom Pom looks so nice with her fresh cut. Didn't see Charlie anywhere but I'm sure she does too. I'm so glad you are enjoying your clothesline, I miss getting to have one. Nothing like crawling into fresh sheets off the clothesline- that smell! Mixer looks great in the island, still shows up very nicely. So great your roof is happening soon, happy for you.🐛🦋💚💙💚💙
Kelly, Everything is looking more and more homey! Your house is feeling warmer and warmer. You’re doing a wonderful job. I wanted to mention another fellow RUclipsr to you. You may already be aware of Our Prairie Cottage but just in case you are not she made over her kitchen cabinets and they turned out amazing. She had the same coding on her cabinets that you do. You should take a look and see if that would be anything that she would be interested in. I pray you have a wonderful week. Can’t wait for your next video.🌸❤️🌸
I sometimes split my housework days into two days and more if needed. I’ve had some health issues in the last couple of years, sometimes I’m just not able to do it all in one day like I used to. I’m okay with that, because I feel blessed to still be able to it! 🦋🦋🦋
I remember my mom always hanging the clothes on the line outside. She had a couple wooden props that pushed the clothesline up higher. I remember getting splinters sometime.
Back in my day, we dried everything on the clotheslines. Everything smelled so good. Then, sprinkle and wrap all clothes to be ironed. Yes, Almost everything had to be ironed.
I’m watching while taking a break on my Sunday reset. I buy a jug of distilled water and Mrs Meyers dish soap and I fill my soap dispenser about 1/2 way full, add about 1/4 C of dish soap and then slowly fill the dispenser with more water. Distilled water won’t get moldy or gross in the bottle. The amount of detergent you just put in your bottle would be enough to fill that bottle like 2 1/2 times with distilled water.
I love to watch your videos! Your home is adorable just the way it is. At the end of the day it is your home and you’re going to decorate it to your and your family’s liking. You do you! 🥰
I love my clothes hung out too. Since we moved to this house though there are so many birds my clothes kept having bird poo on them. So i dont do it anymore. I will live that part vicariously through you doing it! 😅😅 Great video, you are always busy!
I’m 71 yrs old and still do all my own housework. I find that I have to split it up over 3 days in 2-3 hr segments. Don’t move as fast as I used to but I still get it done! You provide inspiration! Several of my neighbors have cleaning ladies. I can’t afford it.🦋🦋🦋
ZEVO is awesome for killing bugs. They have a plug-in or a spray that is safe around kid's and pets.

I think a wallpaper accent wall in your dining space would really help add some character!
Having a clothesline is a game charger and makes me so happy! So glad you love yours too.🙂💙

I was wondering if your countertops are holding up well? I love how yours look and I need new ones but can’t afford it right now.
When I hang sheets on my clothesline I have a pole that I cut a v in it it picks the sheets up higher it works .
You will love the metal roof, especially when it rains! I have one and happy I dont have to worry about leaks or replacing it every 10 years or so! Im going to try that 🍌 bread recipe, too! 🦋 🦋 🦋 😊❤
Great video, Kelly! You are my hero! 🦋🦋🦋
Always inspired by your videos.

Thank you 🦋
I remember my mom always hanging the clothes on the line outside. She had a couple wooden props that pushed the clothesline up higher. I remember getting splinters sometime.
I had to help hang clothes when I was little and the only bad thing about it (to me) were the wrinkly clothes. I hate to iron!! Lol 🦋 🦋 🦋
Back in my day, we dried everything on the clotheslines. Everything smelled so good. Then, sprinkle and wrap all clothes to be ironed. Yes, Almost everything had to be ironed.
Yay. A Sunday reset. That's a lot of work mama. Well done. Have a happy week. 🦋🦋
Try plug in zevo traps for the flies!
Great day to see my RUclips channel with Kelly and fam🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
I’m watching while taking a break on my Sunday reset. I buy a jug of distilled water and Mrs Meyers dish soap and I fill my soap dispenser about 1/2 way full, add about 1/4 C of dish soap and then slowly fill the dispenser with more water. Distilled water won’t get moldy or gross in the bottle. The amount of detergent you just put in your bottle would be enough to fill that bottle like 2 1/2 times with distilled water.
Hi Kelly, Great video so glad you’re getting a new roof. You’re such a great mom and you take such good care of your home.🦋🦋🦋🦋
I love to watch your videos! Your home is adorable just the way it is. At the end of the day it is your home and you’re going to decorate it to your and your family’s liking. You do you! 🥰
Great video. 🦋
There's nothing like a clothes line. Great video, great news on the upcoming new roof. Great video🦋🦋🦋🦋
You are my very favourite cleaner. Love watching and listening to you 🦋
I never comment, but I do enjoy your channel. Lowes carry plug-in fly traps.🦋
I love my clothes hung out too. Since we moved to this house though there are so many birds my clothes kept having bird poo on them. So i dont do it anymore. I will live that part vicariously through you doing it! 😅😅 Great video, you are always busy!
