This was filmed during the Mock OSCE hence the noise in the background. As part of their training, they are told to speak up louderand learn to block the noise around them. This is a 12 minute PreOp Assessment.
Why is this examiner so harsh , there is one way to be strict and another way that just comes down to being rude . Be loud or I’ll fail you . Come on , really? We already are nervous. I feel that getting into educating others ,there needs to be a passion to help your students succeed, not to put students under pressure in an already pressurized situation.
I agree no need to scare the student, be nice and encouraging as an accessor. She didn't have a heart at all. Not a good quality of a nurse I m sorry my opinion

This candidate got a NEWS score of 1 and said the patient is to be monitored one hourly, I think it should be 4 -6 hourly according to the NEWS policy ?? and patiend saturation level is 95 so isn't it mean news score is 1 for saturation and total 2..if you can give and answer it would be great
