For what it's worth, if anybody embodies the Sac-Town spirit it is Doug Christie. 🙂

I appreciate everything that Mike Brown did in his tenure but Doug is a big reason that I'm a Kings fan til this day so I'm so happy for him to be leading us now

I can see why some fans are quick to say the firing of MB was justified because of his rotations and lack of playing Keon Ellis. I’d like to remind yall that it was MB who gave Keon the opportunities last year, and without MB no one would’ve known about Keon at all. MB did so much for the franchise, it’s best for us fans to appreciate all that he did and give him his flowers. Yes, his time was up, but he did amazing for most of his short time here.

That’s why MB could be a good trainer or an assistant coach

Need to stop living in the past, mike was great, but doug Christie is proving hes what the team needs right now. Its a job, mike wouldve lost this game in the clutch like hes been doing the whole season.

That part we can enjoy the teams success without taking a shot at him every chance we get it’s unnecessary he changed the culture regardless his schemes just weren’t working anymore

    Doug. Christie. 👏🏼👏🏼
I loved him in our early 2000’s run and I love him now!! It’s not every player that has an enduring love for your city and your fans (shoutout Bobby Jackson).
And hearing him speak as a couch gives you so much confidence! Did not foresee him pulling out Deepak Chopra 😆 Love him, appreciate him, hope we can all enjoy this for as long as it lasts, and hope some fans dont ruin it by being awful

I was wrong. I said the kings fired Mike brown because they didn’t want to play hard. I never saw them play as hard as they have been these last five games.

Ay I said it wasn’t a bad move when Brown got fired 🤷‍♂️ made a lot of sense from the organizations perspective. Team is too good got to make a switch up and try to preserve the season now this team looks like a contender all the sudden.😊

There are legitimate criticisms that could be made of MB. He did a great deal for the organization and I think he’ll always have an NBA job if he wants it. Having said that he had lost the locker room why, how or when doesn’t change that fact. It had to be done and provided a wake up call to the players. Doug is doing a great job but honeymoons don’t last forever.
