The only teams that come to my mind when we talk about “team ball” where ALL 5 starters play for each other and are ELITE on both ends of the floor are the Duncan Spurs and the Billups Pistons.
Going further than the 90s and 2000s -- they are reminiscnet of the 77 Blazers with Bill Walton, which was on theur way to another title if not for Walton getting injured and the 70s New York Knicks.

The dude could juggle blindfolded. His passes were magnificent. He had so much mustard, flinging the rock with ease. It looked like he was processing the game at about 5x the speed of everyone else.
