Hey Kingdom kids
Good to have you again.
Today we have a beautiful story from Psalm 139:14. Remember Psalm 139:14 says "I will praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made." Marvelous are your works, and that my soul knows very well.
Once upon a time, in a land filled with colorful flowers, chirping birds, and giggling animals, there was a little bunny named Bright . Bright loved hopping through the meadows, exploring new places, and making friends with all the creatures in the forest.
But there was something that bothered Bright. He often felt different from the other bunnies. While they hopped gracefully, he sometimes stumbled. And Bright's ears, they were a bit bigger than the rest. He worried that he didn't fit in or belong with the other bunnies.
One sunny day, as Bright hopped along, he came across a wise old owl perched on a tree branch. Bright shared his concerns with the owl, telling him about his doubts and worries. The owl listened carefully, his eyes full of wisdom, and then he shared a special verse from the Bible with Bright.
"The verse says, 'I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well,'" said the owl. "It means that God created you exactly the way He wanted you to be. You are unique and special, just as every creature in this forest is unique and special."
Bright pondered over the words of the verse and realized that he was created by a loving God who had a purpose for him. God had designed him with his big ears and unique hopping style for a reason. Bright started to feel a sense of peace and deep joy within his little bunny heart.
From that day forward, Bright embraced his differences with joy. He hopped with confidence, knowing that he was fearfully and wonderfully made by God. The other bunnies noticed Bright's newfound happiness and began to appreciate their own unique qualities too.
Brights big ears became a symbol of his uniqueness, and soon all the forest animals recognized him as the bunny who celebrated being different. Bright taught his friends to look beyond appearances and embrace the beauty in everyone, just as God had created them.
And so, Bright the bunny and his friends lived happily ever after, celebrating the truth that they were all fearfully and wonderfully made by a loving Creator who saw their true beauty from the inside out. And whenever Bright felt a little different, he remembered Psalm 139:14 and smiled, knowing he was exactly who he was meant to be.
So Kingdom kids, whenever you feel different from your friends at school or anywhere else, remember Psalm 139:14. You are beautiful and perfect just the way you are. You are wonderfully made by God with unique qualities.
