Typical starving brained vegan. The longer they're vegan the hard it is to logically speak to them or tell them how they're behaviour is affecting others. The very worst part is that they don't truly realize how devastating industrial farming _actually_ is & works generally. Farmers that grow any fruit, veg, spice, bean, or edible component of something like tofu _must_ "murder" EVERY single insect, bird, squirrel, vole, snake, raccoon, groundhog, mouse, rat, rabbit, hog, deer etc. EACH & EVERY planting cycle! If they don't these critters will devastate their crops & therefore their money for next cycle. So... what animals are they "saving" exactly?

If people in a small town aren’t talking about something, you don’t ever want to be the one to bring it up. My state is filled with small towns and I’ve heard tons of stories from numerous places. It’s not something you go around sharing because people in small towns have their own justice and they don’t put up with people who go around r wording or savagely hurting others. It’s not a common thing, but it does happen. Considering the source here, I’m betting this guy ran back to his home state and is laying low though. Lots of businesses don't want people filming in there, lots of people don't want to be filmed.
When people create full length feature films, they have to get permits for filming in certain locations, get permission and waivers signed from any businesses or extras that might end up in the movie.
Why should people who post videos on public online forums be allowed to film whatever and whoever they want without consent?

as someone who would very much like to be able to go to a restaurant or cafe without worrying that i'm going to show up in the background of some stupid influencer's video, i appreciate business owners who establish those kinds of rules.
This! I’m a very private person. The only social media I have is Instagram and RUclips. I would absolutely hate to be in the background in any video. The shop owners are very reasonable for allowing her even back in the store.

I stopped going to my local gym due to a fitness influencer filming there. I was filmed in the back of one of her videos, her followers left very upsetting comments about my body. I challenged her on it and asked that she blurs people in her videos, but was told to get lost and that it is her job. Not been back since.

hi, barista here- first, it always gets me when people are like no one was there, like girl the workers are there, they see you and they don’t want you doing what you’re doing.
also 180 dollars at ~6 dollars a coffee, if its on the cheaper side, evens out to about 30 coffees, which, sure is a lot of money. but thats like 15 coffees a month.

I was Vegan for 2 years, and stopped when I got diagnosed with a chronic illness, because I had no energy to make anything anymore, and its very expensive to buy fake meat etc in Norway, and it's very little vegan options around... So when I got diagnosed i just gave up because I wanted to use the energy I had on my child instead of food and food prep etc.
It was literally either me not eating, or me being able to buy a frozen pizza on the hardest days. And I tell you... I got so much hate from the community.
It was so hard to change the habits again, but it was for my health. But I was so glad I no longer were associated with those crazy vegans, omg. They ruin it for everyone.
Everyone was already sick of vegans before meeting a vegan person.
But some of my best friends now I actually met in a vegan group on Facebook 7 years ago 🎉

As someone from an even smaller town outside of Jamestown, I’m not surprised by the actions of the store owners. We live in a very quiet area, especially the outskirts of Jamestown, that decreases in half the population during the winter because it’s a vacation spot. I also shop at that TJ max and her audacity to post the recording of that ladies voice makes me so angry

I'm also from New Zealand and I've had similar issues! I don't dress alt anymore but when used to, I had at least 10 incidents of people taking photos/videos on buses and at malls. It's so awful and uncomfortable.

Everyone in our "small town" have already blocked her in real life. I went to school with her and I can 100% assure you, she has always been this way. I literally gasped when I saw this video on my FYP because how is she even claiming "influencer" status? Who are you influencing? No one. She is an enigma and absolutely does not represent our town.

i genuinely hate people who film in public when it’s made clear other people there don’t want to be filmed (or even when other people who haven’t consented to be in the video are a focal point/clear point of the video). and she 100% gives me “the customer is always right” vibes
