Trow the stuff together llike this ? I se no valve rods gaps timing being done, no torque tool used, it just slopped together with new gaskets and painted.
Also heating bearings and cams axle surfaces with acytorge ?,doesn't that ruin temmpring?

That is not grinding anything,its called lapping. the proper way is to regrind the valves and seats to restore proper angles.
@@a4000t you think they have a valve lapping/grinding machine in that village with the mud pond? I think they did a fine job for what it was and what they need. It is not a formula one mud pump

как так попрыскав на болт он сразу откручивается,ни хрена как быстро проникает.Рабочий движок разобрал, а менять не чего не стал показуха.
главное помыть и покрасить - по резьбе и внутри обязательно. А еще после притирки клапанов, нужно всё собирать, не смыв притирочную пасту - с аброзивом лучше работать будет и быстрее притрутся не притертые детали ( вкладыши подшипники и т.д. ) Молодец одним словом!!!

All that trouble dismounting motor, cleaning, stripping, painting, re assembling etc. Would have thought if worth fitting new bearings here and there at least. But probably video basically made for the u tube money. Whatever, it was different to watch.

@@UnyahPe1601 At making videos for U tube Jim ?, certainly not. But now 81 years old, retired after maybe 70 years fixing all kinds of machinery for customers and friends. Made a decent living, had mostly repeat business from regular customers. Can't have been a total idiot. But did mostly fit new bearings and other major wearing parts when doing a full strip down and rebuild, that way I felt happier about giving a warranty on work done. Often refused to do a bodge job as reputation better than advertising. But did say I enjoyed watching the video and did not in any way criticise his ability. Brian W.

Yea WTF he disarmed all to just clean and paint and assemble again....
He dismantled cleaned threw a whole new gasket kit at it while rebuilding and most likely replaced parts that are broken e.g. that one water tank bolt, the timing of the engine either must be known prior or hes worked on a ton of these before and i know, ive watched this guy for a while now. Don't judge a book by its cover only thing that drives me nuts is the painting, no masking.
Did not look like there would be much to change tbh - pretty robust sort of engine especially when you see it sunk, pulled back up and running perfectly.

Another dismantled-washed-painted 'repair'. But you can watch. The cry of a rooster the size (judging by the voice) of a sparrow will make you laugh superbly. What do these birds eat when they grow to such 'giant' sizes? How nice it would be if everything could be fixed like that - disassembled, washed, painted, reassembled. AND WORKING!!! Just a magical artist! The main thing is that stupid people throw it away! And where is the badly damaged diesel? Everything is being repaired by disassembly-washing-painting? Just a great method. Everyone do it! I am canceling my subscription.
