- There are over half a million square miles in the U.S. untouched by any wireless provider. That gap in technology has had huge safety and connectivity implications. But that’s about to change. By leveraging Starlink, SpaceX’s constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit, and T-Mobile’s industry-leading network, we share a vision to put an end to dead zones and provide true universal coverage. This is Coverage Above and Beyond.

The iPhone 14 via satellites is a joke y'all. EXCELLENT MOVE T-MOBILE
Omg I can’t wait
I live in Alaska where there is absolute no service during summer when i go camping with my family
#*;
Hopefully that wont be an issue to much longer God Bless
RIP Cable👻
I been dreaming of having service everywhere on earth in the US or abroad. There are so many places that now uncovered like the ocean , mountains, forests, deserts, etc and so on. It will fantastic to have the service on the same data that we have with T-Mobile.
Yayyyyyyyyy finally ill get service here in NE ARIZONA. let’s go T-Mobile woooooooooooooo
You probably wont,it’s limited to a very slow speed,But if you want High speed, you rly should consider buying a starlink antenna,Idk about the us But here in europe it goes around 200mbps while other providers strugle to provide 20mbps. U rly shoudl give it a try
I hope it comes out early 23
This will be awesome when traveling abroad. 5G coverage even across seas. Can call home in case of emergencies.
Some places in Missouri and Iowa has no reception 😕
T mobile is on bs. Then again all the cell phone companies are but the only difference is they are not bragging about their shyty network. I drove from ct to California multiple times. Once you go past Pennsylvania service isnt the same. Also no service at the Grand Canyon. No service in Wyoming etc. their map is misleading. 5g is trash
Where is it?
Any updates? Commenting from Atlantic Canada, where we have more dead zones than actually service zones.
6 sats launched , 180 will be in first 6 months of 24, operational in the fall24
Tmobile #1
Nice work team
When is this available?
Super Cool!
T mobile good service but con artist on billing
I keep getting billed for internet boxes I do not have
Same
If being out there is everything then why do I always lose signal with my T-mobile sim every time I drift too far from a city?
I wish I could get a American t mobile exec to listen, store folk are about commissions
This will be a game changer, but a year later and not a single T-Mobile cell launched yet.
6 stats launched , 180 will be in 6 months
So excited to see what this service can do at sea! Captain Donald Lawson
Get international hacking free charge and T-Mobile free from any responsibility
Praying for your safe return🙏🏾❤️
We are on the border of Wyoming and there is no service here.
oh happy day🎉🤗
They keep adding more fees saying it's restoration fees and stuff on my bill even though I payed it on time in the store and asked them to please tell me when exactly the restoration fees are charged and he says "I don't know like three days or two weeks" I just figured I'd have to be more diligent about paying it...but I guess now some how it's a 50 dollar fee and they talked me into a watch and the worsted phone I've ever had...my service is terrible every car ride my music is interrupted by a "no internet signal" for however long...I'm shocked they would treat people this way and lie to my face especially when so many of us are struggling to make ends meet. I am ashamed to have supported this company and I hope no one else who's on 600 a month disability check goes an hour away to pay the bill and make sure they will have no more extra fees only to have twice as much next month. smh
Epicccc
You know the best part about being out away from people is that there isn’t any service to get bothered by ;)
Good luck to you T-Mobile and SpaceX💞💞💞🛰️🛰️🛰️
Can u guys do a video of easy switch
Weird i cant get coverage hardly to call in the town u opened a whole store 😂😂
When will this work?

Alot overlanders and hikers are excited about this any news?
Me still going through a dea....
Need new phone.🤓.
poor coverage in Alaska.
MÉXICO USA STARLINK SPACEX TESLA STARLINK ELON MUSK
LOL well I have signal but still stuck on sprint because you have crapped all over us I have been trying to join toible for 13 months now.
I wish mine would I can’t get internet at my home and I have unlimited with T-Mobile. And sure can’t find no hotels with 40 percent off
Combined this with the new iPhone 14 satellite rescue and you can go anywhere on this planet worry free
What do you know a year later and this has pretty much been forgotten about. Just as I expected and figured. Apple however is well on their way of using GlobalStar for location and text data over satellite and next few years if not next they’ll have voice over satellite for emergency calls. Long before TMobile ever has this going.
You act like it takes 1 year to launch and activate thousands of low orbit satellites so you can watch youtube, bruhh is very very technical
permits, now first set of sats is launched -- sms and low bandwidth data can be working in a 6/12 mo
they launched a few satellites already
Apple replicated this.
No, what apple is doing is completely different.
No they didn't
Apple is doing something dumb charging money for it after 2 years and it works different tmobile will do data over satalight in those aeras sure slow at first but better than nothing all apples doing is phone calls
@@Jordansklar0698 Maybe. they'll have a change of heart.
@@davidempire4874 maybe i try to stay open minded i had apple iphones in the past but i prefer my androids
This isn't new by any means. inReach and Spot devices do this. inReach devices can pair with your phone.
Dont get me wrong, I'm glad to know there's another player in the game because the more networks the better- and I'm happy to hear it's TMobile. I just think it's a little disingenuous to pretend like this isn't available already.
Nothing like this is available using a normal phone
Except for the fact that it’s nothing alike. No need to buy additional devices.
Good luck guys, don't let Elon drag you down.
That's cute... But once you hit 50 gbs of usage would you still slow me down to 0.2 mbs? Right here in the middle of Miami on an " hunlimitedh" highp speedph data cell phone plan.
The thing is you don’t use this as normal service it’s only for SOS😂
@@Unosheriff I'm not talking about this SOS feat.. Its very cute and all.. But in general.. Locally.. After 50 gbs.. Good luck
T-Mobile will ONLY slow your service down after that 50GB IF there is congestion in the network. If you’re out in the middle of nowhere, we can assume the network wouldn’t be contested. So you could have used 200GB and you’d have the same exact speeds.
This is false T mobile coverage sucks. Every carrier will have satellite connectivity soon but Verizon will do it 100 times better than T-Mobile.
Ok verizon fanboy keep telling ur self that they just go based on their brand at this point just like apple they dont gotta do anywork they dont care they know their brand name will get them all the fanboys and fangirls 😂😂😂 where i live verizon is dead loses all signal at&t is a joke and only tmobile has service
Where I live here in Northern California Verizon hasn't upgraded anything for years. T-Mobile 5G is everywhere here but all I see for Verizon is LTE. 🤣🤣
From what i heard verizon is only upgrading the urban areas. And even if the carrier upgrades their cell tower to the new standard, it doesnt help the people who already has bad reception in the rural areas. From what i see on the star link you get approximately up 25 mpg/s. So i think the satellite will help way more than the carriers for me. I have T-Mobile though
@@jack8356 that's my point exactly what you just said that right now T-Mobile is more focused on rural coverage then Verizon is and now Verizon is going to leave their rural customers behind where it used to be the opposite that Verizon was about rural while T-Mobile was only about Metro coverage and now look at how the tables have turned!!!! 😑
I ain’t no fanboy of anything. I just enjoy good service. Verizon has ultra wideband and 5g home in my backyard while T-Mobile has no service. T-Mobile service sucks. There’s a problem with billing too. They claimed I owed them 250 dollars for one month of service when i signed up for them and the plan was only 80 a month with taxes and fees included.
Can't wait for this new upgrade ...Because TMobile sucks!!!!
kind of a shame that tmobile Internet is kind of a dud when you leave downtown, maybe it's the building I'm in but it really was not as good when I left downtown. I wish they would go fiberoptic. Well I guess it was fun while it lasted.
They are some setting you need to do on your T mobile
I could help you I work there
I love T-Mobile T-Mobile is the best cell phone carrier I’ve ever had I have to thank John Legere the former CEO of T-Mobile he started it all and I got Mike Siebert then CEO of T-Mobile now John Legere text Mike seabird everything he knows
