Background : The inspiration of the song began in a local Baptist Church Sunday fellowship. On asked by the preacher the number of widows present, almost half of the women folk stood up. The preacher continued that of the many factors for such tragedy, excessive indulgence of Alcohol especially by men (husbands) causing premature death is surely an undeniable factor. The huge number of widows in that particular service really impacted me. I couldn't stop pondering on the hardships and struggles these women had to endure alone. As such, this song calls to all both young and old to re-examine oneself which one knows best. Proverbs 23:29-35
