Unfortunately, some countries are not serviceable by them like Hungary and Brazil. Returned to sender letters ko addressed to those countries. Maybe soon, serviceable na din sila. Dito sa branch ng PhilPost sa amin, I was allowed to send parcels using different colored bubble mailers. I think I’ll opt for kraft na lang din para less plastic or reuse bubble wraps from my online purchases. So far, the staff have been helpful and kind to me. Ako lang siguro nagpapadala parati ng letters. 😅 Thank you po unlit for this video. I hope your business continues to do well.

Hello! What category do you consider the item as when filling up the declaration form? Is it "Gift" or "Commercial Sample"? Also, some newly bought items destined abroad would require some sort of tax before it gets shipped to the destination country. Where would I pay such tax if ever?

if registered mail, the tracking number from PHLPost is also the same tracking number they use when it goes to another country's postal service? is that what you mean by 'you can track using your client's gov't postal service'... :-)
slr, pashare po so the viewers know. ^^ I only recommend them for outbound items, not inbound (going to PH) kasi we all know customs is shitty here. I also had bad experiences sa PHLPost --- lost items, items broken pagreceive ng buyers ko, etc. But the number of successful deliveries mas madami kaysa failed ones (roughly about 1 in 100 items). My items are also NOT fragile and low value (di mahal) so I am fine with the risk. But I really do not recommend them if your items are fragile.

Hi. What if your customer asking where's the package now but the seller choose ordinary mail which is walang tracking number. How do you handle the customer? what should be the response to that customer?
I tell them ordinary mail cannot be tracked, that's it. You have to be clear lang in your captions that it comes with no tracking. When I set the choice for ordinary mail, I put it as "Ordinary Mail (No Tracking)" para dun palang alam na nila. However I do have a policy na if it's been over 8 weeks, I consider the item lost and I usually offer a refund or send in a replacement. So if di pa 8 weeks I'd say wait a while longer, and then pag wala pa din just contact me again.

Hello, yes I price higher for my international store. I base my prices on the hourly salary rates sa foreign market, locally i base my prices on local salary/rates. I also explain na significant yung price increase in my int'l store (Etsy) since it covers things like damages, lost mail, and any other problems or dissatisfaction with the item which are more likely sa int'l shipments since matagal yung transit time nila.

You need to know your item weight to be able to know how much to charge first so I can't say a general rate. And no, you don't need a postal ID.

depende sa local post office mo. I lived in Caloocan before almost all mail ko (except documents) they ask me to pick up. but sa Laguna they delivered everything door to door. Paiba-iba sila from experience 😅

Hello, yes I price higher for my international store. I base my prices on the hourly salary rates sa foreign market, locally i base my prices on local salary/rates. I also explain na significant yung price increase in my int'l store (Etsy) since it covers things like damages, lost mail, and any other problems or dissatisfaction with the item which are more likely sa int'l shipments since matagal yung transit time nila.
