It shows how powerfull congress is. If it happends to thier own members, how much more to an ordinary citizens or group of persons whose enterests contradict to thier own enterest. That is one of the reasons why there is a power struggle in congress and why the President wants to control congress.
Arnie has cases of murder and he must go home if he is innocent. The act of not going home is a BIG INSULT TO THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. He has no right to compare his self to his colleague allowed to attend sessions by means of videoconference because Arnie is situated substantially different as he has multiple murder cases unlike his colleagues and his colleagues disclosed their location to be in the Philippines while Arnie was not disclosing his whereabouts.
You cannot give Arnie any right to claim he is being twisted and oppressed. The key to his freedom from punishment by the House of Representatives is in the hands of Arnie himself and that key is for him to GO HOME AND PHYSICALLY REPORT TO HIS OFFICE.

I know Arnie personally and even went to kindergarten with his son...THIS IS TRUE!! He is ruthless, corrupt and has POWER in the city where I used to live like you would not believe. There are so many ridiculous things he has done. Just one example is: A cow was eating his crops on his farm. When Arnie found out who the cow belonged to, he went to the officer and smacked him a couple times across the face.He then later payed off the officer as if nothing happened.
