Three-Time Best Actress Oscar Nominee Eleanor Parker. A-List Actress, leading lady 1940s, 1950s and 1960s. She also did television work in 1970s and 1980s. She died at aged 91 in 2013.
How does Eleanor Parker look so fantastic -- as beautiful as she was in Caged (1950) ? It's amazing, and she has no plastic surgery "look" either. Just gorgeous.
As a child of the 70’s, The Love Boat was the first time I’d ever seen theses legendary stars in anything, including Ginger Rogers and Ann Miller. But I’m pretty sure I’d seen Parker in The Sound of Music first. She was an absolutely stunning woman and amazing actress!
Watching The Love Boat too many times I found out this was her second appearance on the show. Her first appearance she played Mark Harmon mother. From rich to bankrupt to poor to rich!
A rip off of Frank Capra's A Pocketful of Miracles with Bette Davis as Apple Annie and Ann-Margret as the daughter she deceived ...Parker is terrific anyway

@@msgigirogers1559 Even if she did, it doesn't look like it.
The woman of a thousand faces

Me too
I love all of her films. She was so pretty and talented.
she was still beautiful
Thank you for posting this episode. This kind of television entertainment is not made anymore.
A Pocketful of Miracles ... The Bette Davis Frank Capra movie...looks like that was the inspiration....Ms. Parker was timelessly stunning!
Yes!
ELEANOR PARKER WAS ALWAYS A TALENTED A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN. GOD BLESS HER SOUL IN HEAVEN. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Eleanor Parker was 60 years old during the filming of this episode in May 1982 and she doesn't even have a wrinkle on her face.
I was born a month before. Lol!!
THE BARONEES SHREDER FOREVER
Mother from The Sound of Music (1965) , Daughter from Friday the 13th part 3 (1982). So gorgeous both of them
Dear God Eleanor is SOOOOOOO gorgeous
I call her "Baroness"
“Why haven’t you seen your daughter for so long?” Uh, Captain Stubing, you took ten years...
I love the Baroness.
Parker dumped Forrest Tucker for Errol Flynn back in a 1946 comedy called “Never Goodbye”. Guess she was finally making it up to him 36 years later. 😂
I love Never Say Goodbye! Such a feel good movie. Eleanor Parker was just so unbelievably beautiful in that movie.
Her voice is the exact same 😁
I use to love to watch The Love Boat!!! They should remake that!!
Loved it too but a remake today given hollywood standard they would just trash it.
It was such a sweet show. People said it was trashy with all the kissing and bikinis but the crew made it so sweet.
There was a Love Boat reboot back in the late 1990s with Robert Urich as the captain. It only lasted a season or two.
@@lamarravery4094 yeah, the Next Wave. It was good too. Saw it here on RUclips.
Watching The Love Boat too many times I found out this was her second appearance on the show. Her first appearance she played Mark Harmon mother. From rich to bankrupt to poor to rich!

Qué bonito estuvo este capítulo!!! (como de Cenicienta)!!!!
Catherine Parks (Carole Strickland), Tina in “weekend at bernie’s”
Do u have the full episode of that?
A rip off of Frank Capra's A Pocketful of Miracles with Bette Davis as Apple Annie and Ann-Margret as the daughter she deceived ...Parker is terrific anyway
Actually, A Pocketful of Miracles (1961) was a ripoff of Lady for a Day (1933)...also a Frank Capra film...
I thought the same thing.
Wonder if anyone will ever upload the full episode

bob denver from gilligans island spose to played in this episode they should of put the profesor in this it would of been funny
Her voice got deeper.
She was a heavy smoker back in her 20’s. But what movie star wasn’t back in the 1940’s?
@@AHouseDivided1998 who told you??
See that's when women looked like women.
I liked Carol better in Friday the 13th part 3 , when she met Jason in his new hockey mask.
Who's the gorgeous brunette?? Don't make women like that anymore! :(
