To answer 1:49 Bob is such a rare glove the chances of finding it are very low, and it's also very hard to get, so I believe it's allowed in no oneshots purely as a prize to those who managed to get it And besides, detonator is allowed too for the same reasons

The reason it’s in no oneshot servers, is because the ability is a oneshot, not the hit itself. Oneshot refers to death when you get HIT that’s why
