This was an outstanding presentation of a powerful therapeutic approach for families. I'm so impressed with how succinct the presentation was, but also the actual model for therapy could be the template for how others ought to do it as well.
Thank you for posting this. I am pre-grad MFT student and currently have adolescents who are struggling with attachment issues. I have signed up for the workshop at Drexel to learn more about utilizing and implementing this model.
How can we receive this type of family therapy? We have two children suffering from moderate -to-severe depression, and despite what we thought was intentional, loving parenting, our marriage and family are in crisis.
Thank you for this! I realize this is 7 years old but where would I start to find a facility that practices this? What is it called when offered to patients?
I'm so sorry - this comment is only showing for us now. Please contact me at Suzanne.Levy@abftinternational.com. Depending on where you life I can connect you with an ABFT Therapist. The therapist is called ABFT or Attachment Based Family Therapy.

This was extremely helpful, thank you for making it available!
Thank you for this. I plan to start using this with a couple of my pre-teen clients and their parents.
Is it possible to obtain a copy of the PowerPoint slides?
