You've probably seen J.Y. Park before because he has made cameos in Twice MVs because he is the founder and CEO of JYP Entertainment and the creator (sometimes producer as well) of such groups like Wonder Girls, Miss A, Twice, Itzy, NiziU, Stray Kids, 2PM, etc. He's been a solo artist starting in the first gen of Kpop (90's/early 00's) and formed his own label using his initials which is now one of the biggest in Korea. Whenever you hear a man say "JYP" in a song, including the one you just reacted to, it's because he produced it.

Sunmi loves the gated reverb drum type sound. No one pointed out that the bald "bad guy" is in fact the legend Koo Jun Yup aka DJ Koo from CLON - CLON are a famous Korean dance music duo who pioneered much of current kpop sounds/rhythms. Also Tony Maserati mixed this song... he is famous for the 90s New York r&b sound.
