I wrote a comment a year or so ago saying I could feel that listening to it was helping with the swelling in my legs. I had swollen legs, ankles, and feet for 10 yrs straight and no doctor could help me or even tell me why. It's around a year later now and I am so happy to say that one day the swelling disappeared and has stayed gone.
I lost all my confidence when I had the swelling. Even on the hottest days I refused to wear shorts, skirts or a dress. Always just pants. I've been building my self esteem up and I recently bought myself a cute dress for summer that stops just above the knees. It will be the first time in over a decade that i plan to show my legs. Before, i would never even purchase anything that showed my legs. The last time I Showed my legs was near the time the swelling started.
I never did find out what was causing the swelling. But I prayed so hard and listened to binaural beats often. I'm so thankful to not still be dealing with swelling.
For those wondering, I would put headphones on, have it at a little above medium volume and I would lay on my bed and just listen. Sometimes I would imagine a white or green light of energy flowing on the areas of my body that I needed help with.
I hope everyone finds the result they need. Keep faith. Even when it seems impossible, keep faith.

Paralyzed since 2004 due to a car accident having a seizure. WOW I FEEL SO DIFFERENT!! My legs spasms throughout the entire time and my hips, shoulders, and spine tingled the entire time. I couldn't feel my hips but they tingled the whole time. I feel so much better.

. Unfortunately I need it everyday for the rest of my life. Diagnosed with ibd since 2018 . Medication and listening to this frequently has helped wonders. I have terrible anxiety that causes damages to my body, I have difficulties to breathe, to digest, to concentrate and I feel really really bad and sad, I have acne on my face and that is the reason why I panic, I am so weak when it comes to my physical appearance because I've been told all my childhood to please others and give up on myself for them. So I find it very hard to love myself if I'm not "perfect" to the people and to me. I am now working on myself to listen to my true self, and be the real me at anytime with anybody.
Today, I want heal the inflammation on my face and find some peace.

This works for real. I only listened for 18 mins bit and it was enough. I suffer from severe inflammation throughout my whole body. My legs (especially my left leg) are quite swollen. While I was listening I could feel my legs and feet get really warm and I could tell blood flow had increased. It is now an hour or so later and I can sew the difference in my legs. Way less swollen. My legs feel lighter. This is now one of my favorite binaural beats. I also felt a very vibrant and healing energy in the room at the time of listening. Thank you for making this!!!!

Thank you for posting this. I threw my back out lifting heavy automotive manifolds and the pain has beeb getting worse every day. I cry and scream and have to crawl just to use the bathroom. It has been 10 days and I went to the ER yesterday because I couldn't move, my back was spasming after driving home and I couldn't get out of the car! The medics (HEROES TO ME) plucked me out and took me to the ER. I was given valium (for the spasms) and told to take Advil and Tylenol every 6-8 hours. I am a recovering heroin addict and I cannot take opioids--even prescribed as they may send me back to a dark place. This is the worst pain I have ever felt in my entire life and my heart bleeds for those going through similar or God forbid WORSE pain! Thank you for the video. God is watching us and Loves us. I accepted Jesus Christ as my savior and it has TRULY helpled me! So to all those in pain, ask for Jesus to save you and enter your heart, you will be so glad you did!

I miscarriage this year and trigger mental health problems and I've been bedridden for 2 months and day by day I'm getting worst even my eyes getting blurred day by day. You know who took me out of that situation? is it God who save me.
I read the bible and God says "I will save who seek for me" I pray wholeheartedly and pray for healing, I cried and lift everything to God. Instantly, after praying my eyes gets clearer and my heavy feeling lift up. You know you didn't need explanations for all the things that happened even God existence because sometimes there's no explanation to it. Just let it be and trust God.

I was diagnosed with chronic inflammation a few years back (functional medicine doctor) who believes it to be a gut health issue. Unfortunately these doctors aren’t within my budget so I sought the Lord about my healing. He took it away last week when I received prayer and now it’s trying to come back and rob me of my freedom and health! I was led to listen to these frequencies for a skin cancer spot on my face when I realized it could likely find one to maintain my healing from inflammation! So much stress leaving me in my gut which use to tighten and swell not to mention unwarranted weight gain. I have been doing a lot better these day my life had a complete overhaul of a lot of negative things and even though not ideal we everything I let go. It has put me in a better place to determine what really matters.
As I have just returned from a walk to the corner store and try to wrap my mind around the fact that I literally just got shot in the back by someone hiding in the dark behind a car I am projecting as much positive as I can in my neighborhood and the children that are the products of this environment. I am hopeful that in some way these very young adults can find the light in the dark so these behaviors will not continue into the generations to come.we all need to continue to evolve into a people that no longer see race ,color ,religion, or any other thing we can judge each other on..my hope is that my future grandchildren,great grandchildren and so on can start to deal with real worldly issues as a whole instead of bickering about all these things that have all been kept in place to separate us and distract us from coming together as a whole to stand together to make this world the beautiful environment it was always meant to be. Remember this is just a blink in the unimaginable eternity our spiritual selves have in this universe. So let us enjoy this "recess" together . Sorry for my rambling.. love and light to you all.

Been having a major gout attack in my left knee for 4 days now. Enormous pain levels, tired of pills and ointments, I tried something new. I suffer atopic dermatitis almost my whole life, and I had wounded palm and elbow almost four years...I can only use sterol to control my inflammation around 10 years, these few months I tried to stop to use sterol, and it was hurts, itchy, almost uncontrollable, I can't sleep well every night,

See if you are sensible to gluten because it is extremely inflammatory and will keep your immune system in high all the time which could cause damage to any organ or system in the body. I have tried maybe 20 of these sound healing frequency videos... and this is the best so far. It is really helping me to relax.
This works like a miracle! I dance a lot. Im self taught. I have had on and off planter fasciitis where it feels like if I go on relevée the arch will snap. I went to soccer training. I felt like when I stood, my right foot was stepping on a needle. I couldn’t walk. I listened to this for about 50 minutes and the pain is almost nearly gone. I fell asleep listening to this. I feel like I’m maybe stepping on a piece of grass that is in my shoe but that’s it.
