You know what? This video actually gives me hope, the tinder portion of it was so dehumanizing and it destroyed everyone's self esteem, but then the dating portion of it was so sweet and genuine, and some of the guys and girls that weren't picked in the tinder phase got a real chance later on, and some of the worst type of guys that did well in the tinder phase got wrecked when their personality was put to the test.

yeah i feel like there’s a lot of people who don’t go out of their way to find and expose themselves to new music or are fine just listening to whatever’s on the radio. which is totally fine, but i think that’s why it makes sense to make the distinction that you actively enjoy and explore music to a degree that’s more than passively enjoying. i know some people who like, make an effort to listen to a full album they’re unfamiliar with every week or so, and are constantly going to live shows and know which artists are coming to town when. same with food, plenty of people enjoy going out for good food but like sticking within a certain comfort zone, a foodie might be more adventurous about it and active about checking out new places and trying new things

cody… my ex was obsessed with bruno mars. every time we would be in the car, it’s all he would listen to. the same albums. the same songs. he would play the live concerts on my tv and fall asleep to them. sometimes i couldn’t reach the remote to turn it off or he was laying on top of it. i woke up multiple times to him stalking his socials and listening to him sing in tiktoks, reels, etc. eventually he got his own place and rigged that shit up with tons of leds and speakers. imagine having a bad day, you walk into the apartment and all of the lights are red, and you hear “ALEXA PLAY BRUNO MARS.” he would show me pictures of him and talk about how attractive he was & his sense of style, even bought some of the same items. he said he had been to 2 of his concerts, and wanted to go to more. anytime i would talk about my music, he’d say that nobody was as good as bruno mars. it wasn’t only me that suffered this, he would talk about bruno mars with anyone. probably a brick wall as well. so to answer your question cody, yes.

Cody you couldn't be farther off about Bruno Mars. That man is HUGE worldwide. He's been on tour the past year and had massive sold out shows from the Uk, Brazil, even Toyko where he had 7 sold out shows in a 60k stadium. He's got 6 diamond records and one album which no only one other artist has. He overall just that guy lol. He's very loved and puts on such a good engaging show.

Yea but people in the button videos see it as a duel rather than a chance at meeting people. They're tense, they think the other person is above their league so they're not in control and so they have to reject the other before getting rejected.

Usually i watch these and prefer to just watch Cody's commentary instead of the original, but with this i would definitely watch the original video next time before coming to the commentary!! It's so fun and the couples were so cute and the people were so chill and normal lol.
