You can have the healthiest hair, take great care of it, take hair growth pills + use hair growth oils ect. and STILL experience slow-moderate rate hair growth. You could have shoulder length hair but your hair stops at your ears when its curly lol. Trust me, you will learn to love your shrinkage especially as it grows out. Its not something you should look at as a flaw!! Its extremely unique and you should embrace it :)

It honestly takes hard work, genetics and routine to grow your hair especially mines. I'm transitioning and it almost been 4 mouth and I have 2 inches of new growth and I'm really happy! I'm not sure if my hair grows fast since I'm the only person in my family besides my father who can grow their hair fast so I don't know if that helped out to with my routine.

My hair is also fine textured, average density, medium to high density. I NEED IRON. My hair loves hydrolyzed protein, hemp oil, anything with aloe it in, coconut oil prepoos, hair milks, just twisting my hair and leaving it alone.
I came to see the month to month growth. I cut my hair in a medium fade from shoulder length...it was just time...there was damage and i tried to cut it myself with disastrous results so i had it professionally cut. Never had a fade before so i just wanted to get an idea of what its gonna look like as it grows out.
So I watched this video like 2 months ago around my big chop and tried the Mane Choice Growth oil. I literally LOVE that oil. Its so light n smells good n my hair is actually growing. I dont know if thats y its growing because I do other things like rice water once in a while n some aloe but the oil is a constant and i love it. I dont do pills or oral supplements because TMI but they always make me constipated but i wouldnt be surprised if those pills work too. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve cut all my hair off about...3-4. It gross hella fast until it hits like 12-16 inches then it stops or slows up 😭. Hopefully I’ll figure something it how to get past that length after this. I cute my hair in June and like 4 months later I can finally do twist outs and corn rows again.

I never know how to get my hair to grow faster then 1/16th of an inch a month.
