Heraldry is a fascinating subject, I had no idea what was available for American citizens. I've been researching my family genealogy since 2011 and I learn something new every day. My matrilineal line is traced back to Diana Spencer, it never occurred to me to obtain something as amazing as a Coat of Arms. Well done gentleman. 🙏
Pea River Presbyterian Church in Clio, Alabama turned 200 years old last October, 2023. There were banners of the names that founded the church. Isle of Skye, Scotland, was the origin, and the church, Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church was begun in 1776. I made videos for my RUclips channel that included the heraldry the church founders from Isle of Skye. There are many books of the history and genealogy for Pea River Presbyterian . Mt. Carmel has a 250 anniversary coming up in 2026. I will check nearby public libraries for history and genealogy.
Sorry I shall be unable to be with you in Boston. I am sure that the International Association of Amateur Heralds will be well represented though - not least by Brady B de F!
I enjoyed this. Thanks.
