Not this weekend but the next dad and I are going far down south to chase some of the biggest bream WA has. I’m pumped! 🤙 Seems like you get out a bit..
Now that sounds like an exciting trip! Black bream or yellowfin? I try to get out atleast once a week, keeps me sane 😅. Wait till you see my upcoming vid! Had an intense battle with a big bream 💪
I’m sure it will be a lot easier to fish in summer 👌. Definitely a great system that produces quality fish. Have you fished the Hawkesbury river much? Thanks for watching ✌️
@@TheFinesseAngler yes I have used up most of my fishing hours exploring.. have caught my Pb bream there and many good quality fish.. but it's a hit n miss
Well done another nice video mate! Definitely try to pick those better edges with google earth, six maps and some depth charts! Still need to work on interpreting my sounder to fish those deeper areas
It’s mostly a personal preference but I much prefer longer rods. I see it this way, the more area I can cover, the more chance I have of catching fish in some circumstances. Generally I stick between the 7FT - 7’4. Occasionally I will run A 6’8 for really tight structure.
I have 3:
1. Ask the locals
2. Ask the locals
3. Ask the locals
Now that is a great tip! You can’t beat local knowledge 👌. You heading out for a fish this weekend?

@bengillespie1978 Fair enough mate, family first! If you’re free one day hit me up and we’ll tee up a session 👌
Great video! Im looking for a new rod, about 7 foot 2 in length which is better in your opinion the infeet ex or infeet sk?
Check out my video on the new SK. I highly rate it 👌
Hey mate. With regard to rod size out of a kayak, what length do you use when inshore?

What steps do you take when fishing unfamiliar grounds?
Fish smaller search baits to cover ground, try and eyeball anything on the bank that might give you a clue as to what's going on in the water.
Now that’s a great answer and definitely something you want to do every trip! What’s your favourite search bait?
Very articulated and well thought out video. It all made sense. Now drop a pin on google maps lol.
Thanks for watching mate! Happy to pin you any of those spots if you inbox me on Instagram
Thanks for the information maybe I'll become a better fisherman
You’re already a gun 💪
Find the bait find the fish
Very important!
Great video mate!
