Description: “Pueblito Viejo” is the recreation of the most beautiful
Colombian traditions carried out to celebrate the immaculate conception
of Mary, the party awaiting the child God, better known among
Colombians as the night of the Candles, a night so special that unites all
Colombians in the same celebration, children, youth, adults and the
elderly share a prayer with respect and devotion and end the night in a
festive celebration.
We pray, asking for those who one day departed with the illusion of bringing that light, carrying the memories of their people in their hearts, for peace, for love, for reconciliation, care for the Common Home, for those who suffer , for those who have departed, for all the personal, social and ecclesial circumstances of each person”.
With the choreography the lanterns we represent the religious and spiritual character around the light and with the Palonegro the festive and joyful character that always characterize the Colombian people.
