Interesting Kevin, judging by the findings at this site I’d say it dates 1880 to 1910. Very neat place to explore, thanks again!

I honestly wasn't expecting to find anything quite that old there... like blown bottles I mean. I have gone back for another dig and may get one more out of there.

Hey, Kevin: I saw this one and saw that you struck out at several old promising sites.I can so relate to this happening.Believe me, I've been there more times than I care to remember. This fun hobby that we enjoy can be so frustrating at times. That glass and pottery you found was early yet pounded to pieces by those pioneers. That heavy dark base you showed from the 1800s was unique..I did some checking and discovered it could be from a town near Edinburgh,Scotland because of place name you mentioned. Also the E----G.B.W. may mean glass bottle works. You might want to look for a glassmakers marks site for the anchor symbols.Anyway, dang the disappointments, and keep on keepin on, Mr.K.!

Hello Kevin. Awesome video and finds my friend. Nice bottles in that last spot and the flask is a awesome find. 🙂Nice to see the cobalt bottles coming out of there to. Lew and I like that porcelain vase with no lid. Man, that does look really old. You need to go back there for sure! There has to be more older stuff under the ground there. We wish you good luck and health. Take care and happy hunting to you.---Jeffrey Hull Jr. (Jeff & son Lew)

When you dig up an axe head give it a little scrub and look for XXX - Campbells of New Brunswick was an axe maker - made the triple X brand among others - very collectible. I have only dug one in N.S. but got $75.00 for it. Hope you took the stove lid - I sold a bunch of those my last year on ebay - never got less than $20.00 for one and that was with twenty shipping added on. You have some promising sites this year!

Brilliant Musselburgh bottle base. Musselburgh (pronounced Musselburra) is to the east of Edinburgh. Old shard. Maybe you have a Musselburgh over there?

@@Travelling..Bottle..Digger I found a whole bottle that was auctioned in Australia. It was listed as a beer. I tried to send you the link but it isn't showing.. Mid 1800s.
