No roster for LR, they simply follow the roster of the employee whom they relieved for leave, training etc

Question not clear however you are entitled for one rest in a week.

60 & 72 hrs are rostered hours which is fixed by Rly Bd dear. Statutory hours is fixed in chapter 14 of Rly act.
