From the composer:
“O Tannenbaum” was written as a fresh take on the original Christmas carol. The A-section contains the original melody, while the B-section uses a new text setting and melody that I experimented with off the original. I eventually decided to make it a series, with two of my other favorite carols, which while popular in America with English lyrics, originally came from German Christmas carols. I hope this dynamic carol will get you in the Christmas spirit!
