    Ingredients:
    4 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 cup rice flour
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1 teaspoon red chili powder
    1 teaspoon cumin powder
    1 teaspoon chaat masala
    Salt to taste
    Water (as needed)
    Oil for frying
    Instructions:
    Prepare Potatoes:
    Wash and peel the potatoes.
    Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, thinly slice the potatoes. Make sure they are uniform in thickness for even frying.
    Create Batter:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine rice flour, cornstarch, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
    Gradually add water while whisking to make a smooth, lump-free batter. The consistency should be thick enough to coat the potato slices.

    Dip each potato slice into the batter, ensuring it's well-coated on both sides.
    Heat Oil:

    Carefully slide the coated potato slices into the hot oil. Fry them in batches to avoid overcrowding.
