Day 2 Done! I am a 40 year old elementary music teacher, bonus mom to a 21 and 18 year old, and surprise bio mom to a 19 month old. These shorter workouts are great for this season of my life.
Your workouts helped me with my pregnancy SOOOO much. People were amazed that I never complained about pain and was still getting around great at 9 months! My nurse actually asked me to do a birthing class for others because I did so well. I told her it was all you!

Gosh I absolutely love this workout! I can feel the burrrn on my legs!! 🔥 #Day3 done. I did this all 3days and planning to continue this for a week, hope that is okay.
Small suggestion, can you please tell when to inhale and when to exhale during the exercise just to understand if I'm doing it right.

No, that's too early. You should wait 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8 weeks after a c-section before working out
