Yeah, it was about Ianto not Jack! And Irene is bi, it was just handled terribly (because she liked woman AND romantically liked Sherlock, which makes her bi). The headcanon came from the fact we all had non-canon bi's we wanted to include (and as it said in the description we included one canon and not canon each and the canon had to have at least clear indications towards being bi). I hope that clears a few things up!
