Nolan tbh is just a powerhouse in lower tier but I'm certain Nolan is super awful against high elo. If they want to buff Nolan to be a powerhouse: -Passive rift activation must benefit from Hybrid Lifesteal -Physical Defense: 16 > 20 -Add a 0.25s mini-stun for activated rifts -Reduce energy cost of skills from 25 > 20
