Is their a Lowland Search, and Rescue Unit operational in your area ? Also on line came across an organisation called the Legion Of Frontiersmen who on their website say the are involved in Civil Defence, and Search & Rescue. I have never came across the latter, and wonder if they operate in England. Interesting video.
