I miss the Wallace brothers in racing. That’s something that’s missing in nascar now is the spunk they’d bring, especially Kenny. The good ole southern boys. I’d love to have Kenny and Rusty’s autograph.
Awesome Kenny. Nascar needs his personality even if just 3 races a yr an a nascar car show. Kenny Wallace is old school racer who started over to run dirt. He will always be a legend of nascar. Thanks kenny for the tour an hope to see you Saturday night dirt tracking somewhere soon.
Thank you Kenny, if nothing else ever reminds me how someone feels about being a driver it's what you said at Pocono one year when you were signing autographs, someone said to you Thank you Kenny and you told them no Thank you because if it wasn't for you I wouldn't be here doing what I do, and I will never forget that. It showed me what a good person you are and how greatful you are to your fans.
Several years ago after I retired, I was a part timer for Richard Petty's Driving Experience based out of St Louis. We went up to Newton Iowa for the Grand Opening for the new track . Both Kenny's were there. Wallace and Schrader. We all were in the same hotel. Good time.Talk about funny. Those two guys together are VERY entertaining.
Big fan. Your personality will be missed on race day. The picture of your mom and dad made me smile. Family is what it’s all about. Welcome to RUclips. I’m glad you showed up as a suggestion. I’m now a subscriber.
Always liked kenny. Honest as they come. Always upbeat n knew how to count his blessings. Thanks Kenny for always being a gentleman. Fellow midwesterner here ( indiana boy)
Kenny you are greatest , your energy your happiness and your love for your family it’s awesome. I met you one time at Goodyear in Concord Nc , we put tires on your truck. The problem with most famous people is they forgot who made the famous. Us normal hard working people who watch the races buy the shirts and hats to promote there favorite drivers. It seems like when someone hits it big they forget all of us little people, but not you. You talked to me like we were friends for years and you even took a picture with me snd posted on twitter. Kenny your awesome keep being you , we miss you on race days but you definitely found your passion. Thank you
I know a low budget team that was parked next to Kenny’s in the pits and they had nothing but good things to say about him going above and beyond helping them! Truly one of the good guys in racing!
Man how I miss the real nascar Winston cup series! Kenny you and guys like you are what made nascar for me, family and friends. It will never be the way it was through the late 80’s and 90’s there’s just not heroes like you anymore in the sport if you can call it that anymore. The Tallagega race where you pushed Dale Sr. to the front with 18 laps to go at the restart was legendary.
As others have said "hoping to see you in SRX". This youtube episode - one of my favorites. Never more at home than in my own workshop. So many amazing things are built in our (mine's really) small race car "factories". Special places. The highest respect for the owner-builder-racer, no matter what level of comp. You do all these things you are the real big-time racer.
I used to race local tracks but what I have to say is the relationship that you have with Ken Schrader is the best !! First thing I do when I turn on my Internet is checking to see how you or Ken Schrader did over the weekend. Thank you Kenny Wallace for the great job you do to promote racing…… A living legend in my opinion !! Here’s a few beers for you and Ken Schrader 😉🍻🍻🍻😛🤗
A true driver...we love you Kenny and miss you in the Cup series. Whenever I think of the good ole days of Nascar, Kenny is at the top of my list of favorite drivers.
One of the coolest memories of my life was meeting Kenny Wallace at a little track in WI called Rice Lake Speedway. He won his heat that night and finished top 5 in the A. He hopped right outta the car after the feature and started signing hero cards, cracking jokes and taking pictures. A kind hearted man and a true wheelman!
Im so glad to find people getting into youtube. And love seeing more current and retired drivers getting back to the grass roots of racing to be around fans. Makes me feel like their is going to be a resurgence back to US motorsports.
Of all the drivers I have watched in all my years on this earth Kenny Wallace is the main one I would love to meet one day. My son also thinks the world of Kenny also. Thanks Kenny for all you done for the sport and all the and the enjoyment you have given us.
Kenny, I will say that yourself and Mr.Schrader are what every race car drive should aspire to be. Your down to earth (one of the guys attitude) is so refreshing. You are and always will be an ambassador for the sport and the St.Louis area. You shop your was amazing, THANK YOU!

Kenny, you're an awesome spokesperson for dirt track racing. I hope you come back and race my local home tracks here in Michigan again this season. It's always a great show when you are there.
Kenny, It’s so awesome to see you on RUclips! Is there any chance you get involved in the SRX series, whether it’s from a driver or broadcaster perspective? It sure seems like that series is being built for purist racers like yourself and I know us fans would love to see more of you!
Herman you are simply one of the best, Nascar is not the same without you. No mater how bad things got in my life you always found a way to make me laugh. Sure do miss your tv show too. In a perfect world we would see you back in a Busch car again. Hope you, Kim and the rest of the family have a wonderful Christmas. Jerry
Glad I found this! Remember your wife’s Mom working at White Rodgers! Wallace bros. always been my favorite! Had older friends that idolized Senior at Valley Park! My lady friend grew up in your sun division years ago said she knew you all.
"Holy cow we're 13 minutes" Kenny, we'd watch you for an hour brother! Loved the tour! It'd be a dream come true to see it in person one day. You're one of the realest people in racing! Love the content!
Very interesting behind the scenes look at a successful operation. Kenny is a great communicator and is always entertaining whatever the subject may be.
Thank you Kenny for all you've done in NASCAR. I always looked forward to Sundays after church where I would watch you, Jimmy Spencer, and John Roberts on NASCAR Raceday before the race started. One thing I especially thought was awesome was, during one of the episodes of raceday at Charlotte, you were tossing shirts in the crowd and I remember watching you throw the shirt and watch as it was sailing over the crowd and out of all the people it landed right in my hands. So where it was that or all your and Mr. Excitement's funny moments together, I just want to thank you for making my Sunday mornings in the late 2000s and 2010s entertaining. I hope all is well, and I hope you and the rest of the Wallace family have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thanks again, God bless.
Great video Mr. Wallace! I was introduced to NASCAR racing in 1994 at Richmond. The following spring, some guy in the #8 Red Dog Thunderbird won the Richmond Busch race! You are truly one of the good guys!

God made Kenny Wallace, and created a great man. Alot of people in life have success, and forget where they came from, not Kenny. Most down to earth, real person there is. Keep doing what you love buddy! We go around this ol' world once, enjoy every minute of it.
Thanks for the great tour Kenny!! I don’t why it took me so long to stumble on your channel here on you tube, but I think your an incredible human being! I’m from Missoula Montana and spent the last 25 years behind the wheel of a big rig and finally got out of it. I to got tired or traveling and only having a day here or there, but it will forever be in my heart, now that I’ve got more time on my hands I can finally get to a race somewhere, probably Vegas is closest for me!
