I agree! I dislike a George Gallowways views on LGBT Community (mainly Transgender Community). However! If a Socialist Independent Candidate is running, I will vote for them. I have had enough of Starmer's bullying and constant uturns. I wish all the parties of Independent socialistsxwould join as one (transform, TUSC, workers party, OSICA).

I do like GG I would vote for him. But I am also pleased that there are plenty of candidates who want to stand absolutely independent. the last thing we need is another big party.
If this lady doesn't beat both Tory parties then the people of Newport East have no one to blame but themselves ! PS. For those who can't bring themselves to vote for a left wing independent I would encourage them to vote Reform. I think Farage is full of hot air with no solutions to this country's problems and their foreign policy is the same but if they get Mps in Parliament we will see them for what they are - No different from the two Tory parties !
Anyone know why Ms Bartolotti is no longer in the Green Party?? She used to be leader of the Greens in Wales. As a former Green Party activist and local election candidate on three occasions (2003-2014), I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them, so interested what made Ms Bartolotti part company with them.
I think you'll find, and as with many others, that she's probably either left the Greens or was forced out because of the Party's Cultural Nihilism - i.e., anyone who does not worship at the alter of gender ideology ain't wanted in the Green Party and they have lost a lot of members, specifically women aged over 50.

Yes, I am aware that the Green Party have lost members due to not knowing what a woman is, and former deputy leader, Shahrar Ali, took legal action against the party and won his case earlier this year after he'd been removed from the position he held because he opposes trans-extremism. Why he remains in a party which is under the control of people who evidently hate him is a mystery, but then we've seen Diane Abbott do the same thing recently. I did have a search online to find out about Ms Bartolotti and her reasons for quitting the Greens, but couldn't find any info.
