@@syntheticdepeche I listen to them every dayfor many years and it doesn't sound like Daves singing or Martins lyrics at all, and the melody is very generic and simple af. This is not even a Dave Hourglass solo album, although it is closer to it. But the main complaint is the voice. Besides the baritone, there is something indescribable in Dave's voice. For some reason the AI can't repeat it. The only thing that was similar was the version of Cover Me with a voice style from the 90s.
I agree with you in that there is something indescribable in the AI version of Dave's voice that is different. But as far as it seems, this is the best version I have heard yet. I like you am a DM devotee. I began listening when Black Celebration came out in the early 80's. I've met all except Vince Clark. As far as Martin's writing style, I disagree. The lyrics are very close to Martin's style, if not spot on. I especially think so in the first verse with the choice of words. What is remarkable is AI's ability to either sample or recreate the synth that DM uses. The unique sounds of DM have been replicated. The emulators DM uses are unique, and every band knows this. But AI seems to understand it better than anyone. I think wow. Is it DM. No. Is it close. I think so.
okay I wanted to get your feedback on this latest one, because you are such an avid sceptic DM devotee. I know how you feel. If it's not DM it's not perfection. and there is nothing like Dave's voice mixed perfectly with Martin. But I think this is it. You tell me.... ruclips.net/video/BrFoKB74iGo/видео.html
@@syntheticdepeche The voice here is more like Dave's, although there is too much vibrato here. Dave's voice trembles very rarely, most often it is direct and clear, and monstrous dirty sometimes, which sets him apart from pop singers. Vibrato appears very rarely, in short moments (like strangelove) It’s as if it comes up by chance, from the heart... But in general the voice is similar! As for music, it’s very far from DM still. More like Dave's early albums like PM and Hourglass. I haven't heard anything like that from DM at all.
There is nothing like DM. I watched many Live Shows last night.but AI is like a damn that's burst. It is unstoppable and will flood our lives very quickly
@@syntheticdepeche it is definately a damn tgat bursts,yeah..I predict a rather bitter future when the world is armed with a Technology in that measure!Btw,I can't imagine DM approving this:/
I was shocked and upset when I heard it first. No DM nor any flesh and blood band hates it. But there's millions of AI songs now, it's a tidal wave that we can't stop. It's already been released. All we can do is drown or ride the wave
Wow, this is really good. Sounds actually like DM made this.
Yes I was impressed how AI caught their soul. Did you think any other track was close. I also love SDM09
If you like this one, which is so good. try the latest: ruclips.net/video/BrFoKB74iGo/видео.html

It rules our past and is part of our future, but we have decision
I answer not with the reply you seek, not because I don't know, but because I choose not to
Your choice is next to keep or bestow blessing
Sounds like Mesh
AI can be a buzzer
Not even close man...
I didn't make it. It was AI. Also as a decades old DM fan it is very close. Perhaps you don't know DM very well

I love DM all my life, but AI needs to stay out of the mjsic Industry in my opinion.

sounds nothing like DM
Sounds Like Synthetic Depeche
Sounds like Minerve, And One, Mesh... not really depeche
Yes isn't it incredible that AI can sound like any band? It is both shocking and thrilling to me
Sounds like one of Dave's worst songs.
It does sound exactly like David, I agree
Nothing like.Awful.
Love the hate!
