your dorm is so cute. 🤍 i had a question: i know that housing is not guaranteed for juniors and seniors, however from your personal experience, is it more common for juniors/seniors to get housing in campus or do most move out ?
Most juniors/seniors live off campus since its better to have a secure housing option rather than depending on the on campus housing lottery. On campus housing for juniors and seniors is pretty nice tho and most people who opt in tend to get housing! They’re typically houses or apartment style suites :) hope this helps !
Hi, I hope you’re doing well!!✨ I’m going to attend tufts next year:) I was wondering if u had to ask someone in order to be able to have a room by yourself or if it’s just random. 💗
@@Sam-bx9ig I’m glad to hear that it will be returning kind of normal! I just received my housing assignment and wanted to know if you know how Hodgdon hall looks like? :)
@@nothingatall6882 it’s technically a double, but I have my own room because I’m an RA! The bathrooms are gendered and communal on the floor and they’re pretty new and nice :)
Yup! The first year you’re assigned a pre major advisor and then you declare your major by your sophomore spring if you’re in the liberal arts school or by your freshman spring in the engineering school! This is to give students the chance to explore different majors before committing to one :)

HIII I want to go to tufts and I was just wondering what were your stats? Also, Congrats!
Singles are pretty rare for first years, but you can always communicate your needs to res life and see if they can accommodate them :)
@@Sam-bx9ig Thank you so much for your answer! How is it there? Do you like it?
@@alessiainfantino4380 Aha definitely different during covid, but social life at tufts is essentially returning back to normal this fall!

what year are you in? and what dorms are these
I’m currently a junior, but I’m an RA in a freshman dorm this year (Miller Hall)!
@@Sam-bx9ig Is your dorm only so big because of COVID? Also ,what are the bathroom situations like

Is it true that all students are enrolled undecided?

@@Sam-bx9ig Do you know any other universities that do this? It is a very nice idea.
@@adakui2363 most universities have a similar practice and you can always change your major, but it can vary slightly!
