Am I seriously the only person with experience in having LEGO sets act as TTRPG sets? I'm sure I'm not. Has anyone done this? They practically scream "made for eachother". Who out there has been doing this? Share share share! Like how has it taken 50 years for these two behemoths to "discover" eachother and officially work together?? I wish I had a pic of the cobbled-together beholder my DM made back in the day, so much freaking fun! I honestly can't wait to get this to the table!
Good to see D&D getting some range in. I like that even though we can have good kid friendly adventures, the team isn't shying away from darker looks into the setting like Baldur's Gate, and the Vecna stuff popping up recently. I remember reading through the old Book of Vile Darkness a while back, and nowadays I'm glad to see that you aren't shying away from that. Good to see the game being able to show its range as a creative medium for storytelling!
All that's missing is more characters, races and classes to use for this Lego campaign. Thankfully, there's all the previous Lego sets to bring in for this
I love Chris Perkins. Everytime I see him methinks I remember him as "Spurt", from Critical Role s2 ep50, the wayward kobold who lived and died in less than an hour but left much laughter to all who watched. Loved all the Lego PC's and monsters!! Great video! We need a Lego Centa-pult!!!
I'm making a new d&d campaign and it's called "the Legends of high seas" it's a pirate themed campaign and the first little part of the story goes. Once Upon a Time In The Land Of Eldoria,The seas are ruled by a ruthless pirate captain who plunder land and sea alike in search of treasure and glory. one such captain known as ''Captain Sharktooth'' has terrorized the waters for years amassing a fortune beyond imagination.
So... does Identify require a pearl that gets consumed? Pervious to this it did not, but on the wizard character sheet it specifically states it expends a pearl and she is given 5 of them. This opens up an old and divisive argument. Could we have a ruling on it please?

I think LEGO is planning to release a Miniature set (blind pack, 12 different characters - 6 known chars, 6 interchangeables) in september
just wait for september and ull have a whole dnd cmf series

Never used a LEGO set as a setting before but been using mini figures for years for the characters. Can’t wait to get this set and play.

I love the set but think it would work a lot better at the encounter level rather than the adventure level.
